Roti Canai or Roti Prata by Chef Zaidah (English) .. Malaysian favourite breakfast

250 g flour
1 teas sugar
1 egg
2 teasp butter or margarine
¼ cup warm water
Salt to taste
Extra water
1. Knead dough until become soft
2.. Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
3. Make into balls and apply oil and margarine
4. Rest dough again for 20 minutes.
5. Dough is now ready to be flatten thinly using rolling pin or hand.
6. Spread oil mixed with margarine thinly.
7. Fold the dough into shape.
Note: Roti Canai dough can be used for Beef Murtabak
