I understand your feelings about feeling embarrassed by the possible opinions of others, yet what your doing is glorifying God, and our Lord who suffered much embarrassment to count us as more important than Himself, so much so as to die on a cross for our sakes. It always reminds me of who He is, deserving of all, and yet He came as one who was nothing in our eyes. Yet we, who are nothing, make ourselves to be so much. So I pray that you be encouraged and grow in your zeal for our Saviour and our God. Blessed be His name.
