The negative loops that start from trying to escape discomfort are like building your own prison around you. That’s been the most difficult challenge for me as I’ve been going through this awakening. In the past, pre-awakening, I used to take action on all sorts of things thinking I was actually doing something to make things better, but in all honesty it was me doing what I could to escape the discomfort only to end up in another situation of discomfort never learning the lesson. Now I’m finally learning how to sit still and wait for intuitive guidance/synchronicities to guide me to act instead of furiously scrambling getting nowhere and exhausting myself. I live in an expensive city and every time I see your vids I just want to move somewhere super cheap, get rid of a lot of my belongings (which I’ve already done), and write. One day I’ll be posting about that☺️ Great vid!

You are correct. Money by itself is strictly extrinsic. The only thing that gives money any intrinsic value at all happens through the exploitation of human labor. Without human labor, it's Monopoly money.

I was just writing about this. If you can’t feel peace in this moment, with what is, you won’t have it if you achieve an outcome. You can achieve that outcome, but it won’t give you what you’re looking for. Still pursue things and enjoy them, but do it because it’s fun not because it will fill a void, because it never does.
The desire to seek is what made me hit my bottom . My spiritual bottom I believe. Since then a lot of other desires have been leaving me as well, there's peace at times but an emptiness in grief as well. Maybe I'm becoming liberated I sense that may be happening thank you Yash for describing your experiences, and helping me further mine as well. 💕🙏

This video was super helpfull i had literally scheduled in time on my google calendar to sit down and plan out what i am going to do because the idea off peace , the universe , god etc and needing to solve this existential thing although im not sure what has been really disrupting every apect of life and as i sat down to find a soloution i went onto youtube for some reason and this had been uplaoded in the last 45 mins.
Love it. A thought I had was that depending on where people are in their journey, they may not have the "I'm not okay unless I get rid of this thing" self-talk. It may still be programmed to their current attachments which may sound a bit more like "I'm not okay unless I get this thing". I can just notice that my attachment to ridding the self of false beliefs didn't come until later but closer to the start I thought the way was through attaining things and knowledge. Just sharing an uneducated thought :)
Yeah man radical honesty is whats been blowing my hair back allowing me to progress in any meaningful way as long as I surrender to our Father in a fair alchemical exchange. Should we always surrender? I suffered with parasites problem from 5-16y old that's quiet a lot of time for a young person and I thought I would never get rid of it until one day I found the solution and trust me it only costed 1 visit to the pharmacy and $5 bucks. Sometimes we aren't mentally ready to find solution when it's been there our whole lives. But being born with something that we can't change like genetic failure then yes it's better to find peace because it feels nice, but usually that's not "let's just accept it" as you said, it comes naturally.
What your explaining is where I'm at. I haven't started the journey of letting go yet , still head butting walls trying to make everything perfect but starting to get tired of trying. Needed this video today thanks, very much appreciated. 👍
The more the mind tries to reach that natural state by doing things to "get there" the more resistance it creates and the more suffering we feel inside. The mind would say go meditate then do some yoga after doing that it expects some type of shift like "okay i did all that why do i still feel the same, i am doing something wrong" this monkey mind is really like a little kid that always wants things its way or it throws a tantrum. By remaining in the seat of awareness you see the foolishness of it. Stay strong everyone we are all more powerful than we can ever imagine, one day at a time.

What I've learned is theirs things we want or need and have certain problems etc we have and we believe we are the worst durt in the planet because we don't have these things and we have these problems .. When we actually are definitely not. But meanwhile someone else might have the things you want and need and doesn't have your problems. But stil they got their own problems and stuff they wish they had etc and they probably look at you jealous of stuff that you have thatt they don't or the way you look or things you can do that they can't etc . We All have our own unique strengths and problems and things we don't like about ourself and wish we could change. I personally feel like a somebody who continues to have no choice to live like a nobody in a mentle asylum with nothin and nobody to help me

Or do you have something meaningful to say about that? Does that tie in with one of your books? Honestly, Im namely I a bit desperate existentially with regard to this capacity which I presume to belong to me. I know Im an excellent alchemizer of energy but yet I find myself with diseases and stuff each time; its just as if Im attracting it without effort, and so kind of unconsciously. There doesnt seem to be an end to it, and that is what the whole of alchemy and shamanism is about right? So that is the paradox I find myself in currently.
I dont enjoy the responsibility of a shaman , so no.. also im not into a lot of techniques and external things as being the main solution to existential issues..

I'd say theirs nights when my blood pressure is sky high. I must try calm down because that can't be healthy for me personally and yet I've never any help never any peace .. But how do ii calm down? I'm just the way I am always hyper always fulla energy always wanna do things always worrying It's just my character the type of man I am..And I've nobody with me in my life to at least help calm down my brain for 20 minutes
Might be a bit off topic here but, whats your take on "channeling" higher frequencies aliens etc, I personally dunno wsp with it. I believe all the info I see is rather biased and only based upong fancy labels to make them seem more credible, people like bashar specifically, Gives good info at times, but then I just feel like what they're "channeling" isn't like your tapping into an external entity. Figuring it out but kinda relaxing with it just figured i'd ask someone who's atleast is seemingly grounded.
its usually not higher frequencies they are channeling. The higher frequencies are more tuned on another dimension-- they arent really interested in this one.

My lady friend was getting acupuncture and I meditated for 30mins. Focus on the breathing not how you're sitting. Just do.
We usually can't find peace because we think about peace as a concept. But hey what do i know.

yes, its transformation or transmutation. But the mind cant do it. Thats the hardest thing to realize.

I'd say theirs nights when my blood pressure is sky high. I must try calm down because that can't be healthy for me personally and yet I've never any help never any peace ..
But how do ii calm down? I'm just the way I am always hyper always fulla energy always wanna do things always worrying It's just my character the type of man I am..And I've nobody with me in my life to at least help calm down my brain for 20 minutes

it depends if our business here is done and we learned what we need to here and fulfilled our desires or saw through them.
Might be a bit off topic here but, whats your take on "channeling" higher frequencies aliens etc, I personally dunno wsp with it. I believe all the info I see is rather biased and only based upong fancy labels to make them seem more credible, people like bashar specifically, Gives good info at times, but then I just feel like what they're "channeling" isn't like your tapping into an external entity. Figuring it out but kinda relaxing with it just figured i'd ask someone who's atleast is seemingly grounded.
its usually not higher frequencies they are channeling. The higher frequencies are more tuned on another dimension-- they arent really interested in this one.
