Love, love, love Grantchester. So glad Season 8 will be coming next year. I adore all the characters, and it's nice to see that they have so much fun off camera.
I love anything Robson Green has been in and this hasn't disappointed. I've watched it since the first series and like a fine wine, it's got better and better over time. I'll be sad the day this show ever ends. Same as Call the Midwife, that's another amazing series 🥰
I love these inside looks at the series. Thanks Masterpiece (one of the best things ever to happen to TV). I do miss my beautiful Sydney, but Will has come to grow on me as well. LOVE Leonard!!!!
Series 7 was wonderful, especially the final episode. It almost seemed like the ending of the show, though I'm very happy it wasn't. So moving. I still miss James Norton a tiny bit but love Tom Brittney and Robson Green together and all the other characters.
I love this show now waiting for an album from Robson and Tom knowing Tom can play guitar. It would be brilliant if they had a musical episode somewhere. 😀 and I love Miss Scott her character is brilliant as well as Kacey Ainsworth as Kathy Keating. She's come along way from being little mo in Eastenders all those years ago.
Eversince I watched marathon Grantchester episodes in Amazon, I’ve been hooked. It’s funny, thrilling, mysterious and dramatic at the same time. I love British series and movies waaayyyy better than American shows.
Leonard is still a sort of secular curate; he still saves souls and heals people in the Name of Jesus. Brilliant series, and yes I do need some Kleenex to get through Season 7. Wonderful.
Very sad to recently read that Tom Brittany will be leaving the show after Season 8. Grantchester is the best show, along with Call The Midwife, that is on TV now. The British seemed to know how to present these types of gripping shows that make sense. TV was once described as "the vast wasteland," and outside of these two shows, I agree with that statement.
Too bad that in spite of the great actors for the most part the story has lost its anchor from where it allows the different characters to develop and follow to a conclusion. To hang a wedding at the end made no sense. It tries to be politically correct according to the 21st century with gay rights and feminine independence but no connection to the time it illustrates. It lost me along the way partly because the writing from episode to episode was haphazard and the village was no longer interesting as English countryside near London with friendships and animosity growing out of that neighborhood. Even the murders made no sense or the vise and relationships in between.
I just finished the last episode of season 7. Holy smokes was not expecting that wonderful season finale. I cried my eyes out. I love Grantchester!
I cried more than I had in ages watching a show. It was fantastic!
Love, love, love Grantchester. So glad Season 8 will be coming next year. I adore all the characters, and it's nice to see that they have so much fun off camera.
The fact that Tom is a director and actor in this series is outstanding! Appreciate it

Love, love this show!
How nice to see Al Weaver in his own persona... and a flattering haircut! 🙂
My favourite team! Love them -and here's to them all for as long as they stay with us.x
One of the best series ever! Its has everything you want in a great Drama.

I am following Robson Green's career and will watch anything he is in and he has led me into some wonderful experiences, Grantchester being a diamond.
Thank you! I truly enjoy Grandchester. I have been with it from the beginning and it just gets better.🎈🇺🇸🎈
Fabulous series. Keep writing more episodes please.
I'm in Australia and I love watching Grantchester. Another one of my favourite UK shows. 🤗
I was a blubbering mess by the end of the season finale episode. Such a superb series and all the characters are so interesting .

LOVE this show...
I would actually like to watch ‘Grantchester’ every night…for the rest of my life. Nutty, I know, but true.🤷♀️😋
No, I'm with you. It's a happy place.
I agree
Great show! Hope there is a season 8.
They just started filming it!
"You're the most creative when you're having fun" is a sentiment that the great John Cleese would agree with.
ADORE Leonard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh yes. Leonard is so good. I was so worried when I thought he was being written out.
His is the most challenging role and he plays it masterfully.
Ich liebe Grantchester.
So viele tolle Charaktere,
besonders Leonard.
I'm still missing Sidney.
Absolutely SPOT ON!

Me, too, and I'm an American! 😅
I love seeing Leonard transform into a beatnik poet!😎Dig it!
Season 77 and I would still be watching in another life time though perhaps!
Genial adoro esta serie

Love the show!
Make it to season 10 or more love Grantchester love Robson
Great Show
When will you finally be on TV in Germany? I can't wait! Grantchester is superb.💖
I agree.
Is there going to be a season 8?

Love it
Does anyone know why they live in a new vicarage and also why they have a new police station?
❤❤👍👍
Not the contrived, odd JAZZ story again. Ughh.
Love Leonard & Daniel as a couple!
'50's cop & father wouldn't separate & vicar wouldn't be whoring, but since Grantchester has multiple corpses every week, fak verisimilitude.

Sorry, but I completely disagree. I think they've done a great job of developing the characters.
