So awesome!! You guys did great! Can't wait to start my project. Looks like we have similar motors and row boats. Excited to see that the combination works good! She freaking rips bud!
Don’t delete the oil injection. That engine has a rotax valve that relies on it and won’t be oiled if you delete it and run premix. Look up Seadoo 717 oil injection delete and read about it
Not a good idea to delete oil injection on these. they will run way too rich at idle and foul out plugs like nobodys business. also wont get proper oiling through the rev range. just adjust the oiler to the marks. These oiling systems arent known to fail really ever.
Good to know just starting one. I know on the old classic 50 Mercury outboard you are better off ditching the oil injection, but get what you're saying.
Yeah you’re right. Looked these up and they have a solid pump. I fixed the return spring and now I believe it is just the carb that needs to be cleaned
Turning our way better than I thought it would when I saw the first video. Really good job fellas. Keep it up

Great video series, I can’t wait to see the fourth one
How many tubes of the 5200 did you end up using?
I'm in the process of making one I live in upper Michigan but I'm making mine out of wood plywood and then and then polyurethane plastic
That's sweet! Go Cougs!
what welder do you use'?
What's top speed ?
This is pretty sick. If I see y’all on the snake when I’m fishing I better get a ride
Turn around time was pretty quick from the first video to getting it on the water.
Yessir! Still a lot more to be done to this bad boy!
@@deanojanikowskithanks, I’ll stay tuned
looks like you need a bilge pump.

instead of taking it to the lake..gas time ...just fill it with water and check for leaks...just a thought
where part 4?
Part 4?
Кривовато, все равно респект, главное с чего то начать

I have the oil pump deleted on mine, same motor, and I haven’t had a problem with it at all.
Not true at all. If you run the right mixture you won’t have any problems. If the ski is running it’s getting oil.
Always always delete oil injection.... and run premix
