Recorded 8 May 2024... I travelled to Harlow in Essex to video document another attempted house eviction but this time, the bailiff company and courts appear to have been caught red handed with not only what appears to be a dodgy writ reference number on the face of things, but also blatant lies identified when investigated through the recorded telephone conversations included in this video that took place on 8 May 2024...

I'm confused, if there was no county court hearing, how can an eviction notice be issued, without a court signed by a Judge warrant? Anyone, can turn u to your property, and claim you need to evict. This is clearly a fraudulent act. Thanks to all who attended and helped this lady, kudos to you all.
They are issued fraudulently. Same for council tax summons. They lie about court issued writs/ warrants of possession. They make them up! 😮
Why would she stop paying her mortgage putting herself and her children at risk of losing your home. Should have talked to a solicitor to contact the mortgage company to ask for the information.This started back in 2021 so she has plenty of time to sort it out
@@user-sx3wh3iu1y You're asking the wrong person. There could be many reasons. However, that doesn't make it right that they are using intimidation and fraud to force an illegal eviction. Money is fiat, most, if not all mortgages come from fraud.

This video needs to be shown to police to prove these paper work is fraudulent,cops have been helping these bailiffs for years .time for lawsuits.
The consequences of a corrupted judiciary which has caused corruption throughout the chain of companies involved in legal process?
The highest levels of the judiciary need to take a long hard look at the system they are at the top of and stop the horrendous levels of corruption throughout the system.
A developed society needs a totally independent and legal system based on absolute integrity, the situation far from the present abomination.
Kudos to you all and a big shout out to Gemma for her diligence. I wish her strength to manage this dreadfully harrowing time. It is wonderful to see everyone there supporting Gemma.

The homeowner has every right to get a copy of every letter phone calls for transparency,they have to give it by law.

Play them at their own game. Form a bailiff company. Issue a warrant on them to vacate their business premises. Follow them home and do the same on their houses. Then evict them the same way.

From what I’ve seen here, I would make a formal complaint to the SRA (Solicitors Regulatory Authority) against that law firm, TLT in Bristol.
They may only get a slap on the wrist but they have to report the complaint to their insurers who will increase their premiums. The more complaints they receive, the more they have to pay for their PI Cover.
I’d also raise a formal court action against the Bailiffs for uttering a false document and I would formally challenge their Bond using an EAC2 form.
Complaint to the ICO about NatWests refusal or delay in responding to the DSAR.
Use the law against them
You need to sign in some Marshall’s and do some arresting, and have a peoples law court and a jury of our peers and hold people responsible for their crimes it goes right to the top

Hardly surprising that the bank haven't responded to the SAR requests; they have nothing to fear from the ICO-yet again we have an overseer protecting organisations that they are in place to monitor.

Listening to the man in regards to the law and judges and useless officers, he spoke very well, and that the last two people seem not to know that the courts, particularly magistrates and county courts are full of undesirable people that deliberately take the side an authority over against the citizen. I am glad someone is standing up for the victims that have been abused.

it is and is so unnecessary. we were paying ours down with 78k on a value of 630k. the bank seemed ok with out reducing the balance as quickly as we could but then they passed to lawyers who were horrendous made me feel suicidal and didnt care that we were paying just went to court who just rubberstamped taking our home ignoring all our points and land registry are helping the banks alter title deeds. we need to take our power back and corporations must get back to compassion and caring not greed and harrassment.

A court document requires a Warrant number. No warrant number is on the document. Therefore, it must be presumed that no court warrant has been issued. They are attempting to execute a eviction based on a fraudulent document, and the police need to investigate.
