What You Should Know About the Kidney/Pancreas Transplant Program at Northwestern Memorial Hospital

The goal of this educational video is to assist patients on dialysis who may be considering a kidney or pancreas transplant. This video will provide an overview of the kidney and pancreas transplant process at Northwestern Medicine along with an overview of the different types of kidney transplantation, including living donor and kidney paired donation, the Hispanic Transplant Program (HTP) and the African American Transplant Access Program (AATAP).
