If I am not mistaken, this installation to the sanitary system is not to code. Code requires an air gap (not air break) for installation of an ice machine. In the event of a back up, there is a very minimal chance for contamination into the ice maker.

Where's the 1" air gap in case there's a back up it doesn't travel into ice machine drain pipe and cause a health issue
