    Keep preaching, Sister! I ran across two people just this morning who were afraid to use the term "prepper" or "prepping" because they defined it as doomsday survivalists, (although how anyone prepares for "Doomsday" except by prayer, I will never know!)
    People should prepare for everything from becoming broke, t a broken leg, a broken waterpipe, a broken car, to a broken society!

    I've been following this channel for awhile now and really enjoy the videos. I believe I'm pretty well set with preps, but just want to remind myself and others to always keep God in front and behind us!

    I agree with you. It is great to take care of the small things so when we get hit with a bigger problem we can deal with it better.

    Hope with a smoother life, as you say. I agree that I have less stress during a problem because I don't have the extra worry about daily supplies. Just one extra item during a regular shopping trip is a positive difference Thank you.

    My lone term goal which I attained about ten years ago is one year, plus…..the plus being extra 10% for use as needed as barter item….you never know ….better to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it.

    We prep as much as we can. We heat with wood, and try to work at least on year ahead. We do a lot based on sales in our area. We purchase meat on sale, then freeze and pressure can the meat. We have learned much from you and a few other channels. Thank you AG. God Bless you and your family!

    Try the city working on the water and sewer lines for a disaster. The coming week will be the second week with no water to my apartment building...
    They don't want us to flush since they are also working on the sewer...
    I bought a kula (I don't know why they call it that) cloth because of it. I will cut down on my TP because of it. I say cut down and not replace because you don't use it for #2. It is a reusable cloth with one waterproof side and one antimicrobial side. One of them will live by my toilet and one in my go bag. I will never be caught without TP again. I should have actually gotten another one that will live in my purse for the eventuality of using a public toilet and having no tissue!
    I would also add to stock up on baby wipes, makeup removing wipes and antibacterial hand wipes. I used these the past week when I overslept and didn't get in the shower before the water got shut off. I'm glad I was prepared...and knew about the planned water outage. If you know the probability is high that something is going to happen...plan for it!

    Yeah. I don't know that everyone foresees a bright future.
    Let's be honest, if I were an enemy of Murika (and to clarify I am not), the time to strike would be now. It's been an easy target for some time now and many enemies have missed many opportunities.
    It's hard to know what is ahead on this road we are traveling. It's difficult to envision or appreciate what John saw in his visions on the isle of Patmos but I can only imagine if we saw the same, we wouldn't be able to mentally or physically process it.

    Wonderful video! I love info over and over, because this is a lifestyle, not a one time thing. I’m slicing olives and watched your video, and had to stop and give thanks. My son and I haven’t started our inventory yet, that’s our next project. Working pretty good on my categories for both short term and long term food. I’ve gotten so many ideas here and new products that have gone in our pantry. We’re pretty good on certain things but I’ve said before our short term 3-6 months shelf stable food got used a lot, which is good but we’re in the process of slowly restocking and adding new products. Yes on TP! 🧻 Ha! Gotta have it! I love videos like this to remind us of those basics and implement them as we can, and not freak out. We’re doing our best as we know people here are doing the same thing. Love all the ideas from everyone! Stay warm AG! (My sister is home from the hospital! Some problems to deal with but she’s so much better! Love her so very much. ❤️❤️) 🥰👍🇺🇸

    not many people thought hurrcaine helena was going to come in land and do it's distruction.. if you lost your preps because of the storm you had no control over that but i saw people on the news who were on the outscrits who rush to the stores (day of and afterward) trying to buy food/water/barries/etc.) when the people in need were trying to do the same and stuff ran out, hurting both...in need and last minute buyers. buy now even if only 0ne can at a time, it adds up. stay prepped when that blizzard or tornado hits. it does. they do not send you a text message they are coming. (the weather channels do or authoritys do) but thing hit when you do not expect it.

    Unfortunately it all takes extra money that most people don't have right now so it's a good idea that most people can't follow

      Just do what you can, if you can't afford 6 months supply then do 3 months or 2, better than nothing.

      One cheap thing every time you go shopping. Slowly but surely! It will eventually adds up.

    • @leopardwoman38
      @leopardwoman38 9 годин тому +11

      Look into Food banks and church food give-always in your area. One extra can, etc. every time you shop adds up over time.

    • @dandycat2204
      @dandycat2204 8 годин тому +5

      So then look at cheap "struggle" meals.
      Things like home-made soups, 3 bean curry and rice, onion fritters etc, all make good, nutritious and filling meals for pence per portion.
      Implement that now, save money, and you can buy in supplies with the money you are saving.
      You might want to start by buying in long term supplies for the soups, stews and curries.
      Just an idea.

    Keep a small bugout bag in your vehicles, also money, cash and even a extra credit card that has a small charge limit on it…this card is totally different from your regular credit cards you use, I have the card, cash, extra drivers license in a wallet that I hide under the car seat. Have you ever gone somewhere and forgot your purse or wallet…….hmmmmm proactive is better then reactive every time.
