Great tour. Enjoyed the footage of from drone. Up the Royals and best wishes for the club in the coming years. Wish the new owner well, whenever the official announcement take place?
Thanks Paul! Was a great surprise to me when he invited me in - such a gentleman. I was under the impression that the announcement was weekend before last, as the family were in attendance.
Eamonn Doland joined Reading in 2004 as the academy manager and saw 32 academy players break into the first team and have massive impacts on our record-setting 106 season and laid the foundations of our academy for the future. He also assisted some of our great managers like Steve Coppell, Brendan Rodgers, Brian McDermott and others with the first team and became a club legend. He died in 2016 and so the club decided to name a stand in the stadium after him, and outside if you take a closer look at the image of him outside the ground, it's made up of 400 photos of all 32 of the academy graduates that came through whilst he led the academy.

Nice one mate. Good video
Thank you. Made 100x better by that gentleman at reception. Absolute credit to the club.
@Laudits yes he did really well. It's a shame it's been run to the ground financially tho. I miss the old times 😢
@@kennyorchard3290 Aren’t the new owners sorting it out?

Get yourself a ticket for Saturday, we've got Wigan at home, and it could be the day new owners of the club are announced.
Who are the new owners?
@@Laudits it's a consortium lead by an American man called Rob Couhig. He recently owned Wycombe Wanderers. It'll be him and a few other investors.
@@MiloRoyal1871 Cheers - all the best with it!
