I expect some locals can update you on the details. There is work on the surroundings to create green space on mounds that will offer some privacy and cover as personnel move around the complex. The new building away from the main office location might be a recovery centre for injured players , Ice baths etc and oxygen / hyperbaric therapy to assist healing.
