Short but hilarious!
End Result:
He is arrested for being a disruptive passenger, charged a fine.
Doesn't have money to pay fine, goes to jail.
Uses duct tape to build rope latter, escapes jail.
Goes home, says screw airlines and builds his own airplane by duct taping a ceiling fan to a K-car engine, makes wings out of garage doors. Upon inspection, aeronautical engineers conclude the resulting contraption should not be capable of flight, yet somehow it flies. Because with his brain combined with enough duct tape and junk K-cars, physics become irrelevant.
"Handyman" is just the name of the subclass of Wizard that Red is, he's really a ductamancer. Grey/white beard? Wears a funny hat? Wise and knowledgeable in arcane subjects? Always puttering around, making strange creations no one asked for? Can make the impossible possible through force of will alone? Friends with a band of strange quasi-human weirdos?

That was so nice of the officer to let him demonstrate before he took red to jail!
Now, was I hallucinating or did Red go to the PMs house, find it drafty and take the Prime Minister to Canadian Tire to get some plastic window insulation? I'm American and was overseas for 22 years so I haven't seen too much of Red over the years. I think it was Harper....
