Buddy, you need to find out where you’re going BEFORE you get there.
Seriously ! Every video is the same thing “where am I going ? Click click click click click
I need to stop being scared and do this for a living.
Come on bro let’s do it together ! My birthday is Tuesday I’ve vowed to stop smoking then and start the process
Really debating it myself. It would solve so many of my problems. Just concerned that it's not for me given how lonely it gets.
@@OhPhuckYou that’s the appealing part for me . I’ve become a loner lately and I find happiness in being alone idk it’s weird
The worst thing that happens is you hit something or go down a road that’s clearly marked low bridge and you don’t see it. You got this.
@@marcocallaway3958 I enjoy being alone, but that's only to an extent. I'm not concerned about the driving aspect at all.
Awesome video Alex and love your commentary when driving. Keep up the great work you do, thanks for sharing. 🙏🌟🥰
Great job on the trailer inspection, Alex; yeah, the trailer doesn't "match", but tires and breaks are more important! If only all truckers were so conscientious!
Love learning from you alex! Hope you're doing well man, Hope you're not burnt out from trucking videos ive been watching love em just hope you're doing well mentally brother. Seem tired and burnt out, and need a well deserved rest! Love the vids man keep it up inspiring me!
Great job Alex! Roll safe out there!
Have a good day everyone!
Happy Sunday From Sweden😁
Alex, the Trailer Fashionista! Colors must match! Job well done! 🙂
God bless truckers man! When I'm in my car on a heavily traveled interstate, maybe I'm not such a fan because I can be crushed like a bug, LOL, but y'all bring us the things we need. Back in the 80s in the Air Force, I was aircrew (loadmaster) but also Combat Mobility and I was checked out in a 10 ton cabover Ford tractor and a 40' flatbed to recover airdrop loads. Backing up a tractor-trailer is definitely a skill to be learned, and I learned it well, but it's not easy. 😂
Enjoy your videos, keep it up.
Alex, you should start telling us the weather every time you start the video to make it more interesting
Hello George Washington, glad you're still alive!

Mornin Alex!! Safe travels!! :)
Everyone haves to realize this isn’t just job for the money much at all it’s a lifestyle and it becomes apart of your everyday life it lives with you Alex all I gotta say is bro I already decided to get my cdl before watching you but I’ve been love ur videos it’s been helping me and figuring out best way to park scenarios I’m gonna be facing the time has come I start school july 17th I’m more then excited and so far got 98% on my ari brakes and combinations :)
I started school the same day as you. How’s it going.
Here’s a heads up. School and these videos won’t prepare you for anything you’re going to encounter on the road. Your ability to learn on the fly and be a safe driver is completely up to you.
Good luck
Good morning Alex have a great day today
Thank you
That’s crazy I was just at that warehouse in the beginning of the video a couple days ago wish I could’ve saw you to say what’s up 👍🏽😂
My dad drove truck his entire life. He drove gas tanker, in the 70s, during the gas shortage. He even hauled an elephant once! He mainly drove log truck, though. I've been enjoying your videos immensely.
I live in a tiny place.
When i buy stuff, i take it out of the boxes & label the bag with date, what it is & any cooking instructions, i cut off & keep in a folder beside my fridge.
I had a scary experience yesterday. I was backing into a dock at a paper receiving place with seven tall industrial paper rolls in the trailer. The pavement at the corner of the dock is uneven and slopes down about 6 inches sharply. I rolled down that and my load shifted. Looked like the trailer was going to tip!. Also the day before i was southbound I-5 during the storm. The truck route through the grapevine was closed do to mud slides so i patked atbthe nearest truck stop in wheeler ridge. I woke upbthe next morning and wasnt building anymore than 80psi of pressure. Turns out there was a hole in the air dryer. Its things like that make you amazed how lucky you can be. So glad i didnt go down the mountain with faulty brakes!! Stay safe all, do your pre-trips!!

Alex: “MANIAC”
or " what are you doing jockey" " what you doin truck"
@@Zokailcamping he does this constantly. I watch his videos to purely laugh at what he says now lol
Lol
That's the New Yorker in him😂😂😂
All the dirt off the tires so that means better grip……brah! Really?! Lol
I caught that also. 30 years of driving and first I have heard of clean tires giving you better grip.🤷♂️
You went to the Walmart DC in Sanger,TX, and I wasn't there to say hi. I live in Mckinney, TX, and I used to deliver a lot of time to Walmart DC when I used to drive local for Hub Group Trucking doing containers, but I'm back on the road. Keep the good work with your videos. You're doing an awesome job 👏
ayyyyee I used to work at that DC in Sanger. Terrible place to work but its cool seeing it in a video. Starting CDL school soon, so hopefully one day I'll be delivering there and laughing at them too.
I love your spirt bro. Love how you don't let everything bother you. You lost your best straps in the last video and you were so calm, now you spent time watch this new trailer only to learn that your gonna drop it and hook up to another that might be dirty then you gonna have to wash it again and your so chill about that. Keep being the great person you are bro. 💯
You did good on the 90° backing. Or u could have did a pull in from next row.
Nice, starting with no blinker, opps spoke to soon 😂😂😂
I love your videos
Shipping/ receiving left even says it out loud proceeds to turn right. 🤔🤔
To Alex turning right means turning left lol, c'mon man
Alex always makes me laugh, I loved stuffing the fridge...lol. Alex stay safe out there, I love the videos and the content is always interesting, keep up the great work.
Hi Alex biggest fan here..love your videos..stop making me laugh so hard.
Love your videos Alex. You have *nothing* teal-colored on your tractor or trailers! Teal has much more green in it.
You have the color *turquoise* on your tractor and parts of your company's trailers.
When there is no painted lines on the ground, you can usually line your trailer up using the crack/devider in the concrete.
I tend to use the bolts on the dock pads, lol
Holy shit I was behind you that day I was delivering to the Walmart/samsclub dc in Sanger tx as well that storm that passed by Dallas was crazy so many car crashes and one semi that jacked knifed along the 35 southbound
16:07 excellent camera angle more shots like this please
Safe roads always trucker

My favorite bumper sticker: WELCOME TO TEXAS now go home
Hey Alex! Still keeping your cool! 😎Still thinking Chef in your future! Anyone that enjoys cooking as much as you! Be Safe! Bill NYPD Retired
What about Gear Jammin Chef, the trailer is the kitchen , his home is the tractor ?
Thank you for your service
I never pullout all the way either man
Those spikes on tires I call them nubbies!
show us you making the rice!!
t was a driver for stephens and i really liked the way good equipment and they did take of it i never had mechanical trouble talk about trailers i got to use a dove bar trailer once got a load of ben and jerrys ice cream
Fuck Ben & Jerry!
Take a shot ever time Alex says “what are you doing”
It would have been easier to just drive forward a little bit and do a left backwards in that crossing 😮
Got the cdl learners the July 7th ill be doing this soon enough
Hey Alex just wondering what is the best meal you have made in the truck?
I wanna find you out here one day! If u ever see CF Warner Transport in a burgundy truck it’s me!
Alex you should ALLAYS want a drop and hook. You have plenty of storage if you use the top bunk properly. Do not buy big packages of chicken. Buy an additional frige/freezer combo and put it on the top bunk or passenger seat.
Won’t fall down
Try finding a job site “ dirt field “ no address, with 14’ wide load down backroads.
I'm preparing for my CDL and I'm terrified of the backing up part! Everything else I'm sure i can handle
Its not easy but not hard just tedious
If your trainer is any good they'll show you a bunch of tips and tricks. It's not so bad, and, when in doubt GOAL (Get out and look). And, do it all slowly! Trying to rush is where things go wrong.
Your trainer will get you right, just take your time and pay attention to your surroundings get out and look is the key.
Don't worry about anyone else. Get it in the hole on ur own terms/time

My dad loves watching you
It would probably help alot if you took your seatbelt off while trying to back into the spot in a parking lot.....
24:38 Load bars driver!!
Is a truck wash in Denton, TX next to the love's 10 minutes going South in I-35E 🤗
On my Garmin i only enter coordinates ive selected myself on Google satellite. Even though it's a truck GPS it will send you to the car entrance at times.
Traffic busy on a Friday morning because all those old ladies go to the beauty parlors. You need more room for groceries.
Welcome to Texas! Let's go eat somewhere
34:00 Alex, maybe you should consider getting a second cooler freezer.
US could use some yellow boxes. I hate seeing intersections blocked off and noone can move..
Meanwhile... Alex is still looking for the entrance😁
It’s to bad you can’t walk around to find the trailer, cause it’s really good for you to walk around when your sitting in the truck for 1,000s of hours. 😊
You don’t have to strap because they put the tension airbag between the last two pallets.
you may not have to but it helps prevent Osd cause even with the tension bag product can shift.
i have had that happen with me on a produce load before its the worse to open a trailer and find 9 million bell peppers on the floor.
Everywhere you go the jockey always thinks they own the place lol funny
Is just me every time he upload the first thing I hear is the stupid turn signals 😂😂😂😂😂😂
WOW I didn't know the new trucks have like computer monitors for their dash display like some cars instead of actual gages.
You got it bro and doing s good job but you gotta correct those Lil bumps that you may not even know you doing lol. It'll be way easier just study bro good job trucker keep trucking
What's the state do you prefer alex? Greetings from italy 🇮🇹
Wait wait....did he say since the dirt was off the tires that they would get better grip? Huh?
8:55 the urge i was getting of pressing 2 on my keyboard iykyk 😂
Btw if your going to park for a short period of time, don’t pull the red valve, just the yellow
It even says on the red valve
Meh. In warm weather it's not that big a deal. Can land you in trouble in winter though if the trailers got drums. Frozen brakes are annoying 😑
That inter section is called crash waiting to happen there or go ant your own Risk Ha Ha Ha
Why don’t you keep the freezer ice chest you have on the top bunk? The one you had before you got a real refrigerator
The thing is there are no directions or security to direct traffic
howdy!
You will know when you've bumped the dock.
Wow this fella is hard work ,imagine what he’s like before satnav and using maps .Glad I’m retired.
everyone loves texas
I’m doing this for a living when I get older. I’m 13.
I always look for the nicest trailer to I like to look good
Hey Alex,
What Yellow terminal were you passing in the beginning? What city were you in?
when he started in my
hometown 🙈
Alex, good morning from Cotton Wood Kansas, home of my newest headache trying to figure out what I'm doing with this 1985 Dodge Ram van that's in the barn on my new property. I jumped it off and fueled it up, Alex do you want it? You said you wanted van life, no rust, but it might need tires I'm going to keep the Hurricane2 rims. I have to clean the barn so I can put my uncle's truck in it. I rented a Case backhoe so to clean out the barn.
Liar, fraud
Im still looking for a gp truck have yet to seen one here in dfw
When you parked in doc 29 you had more room on the passanger side...why park so close ... take all the room you can.
I love learning from you Alex too. Is your rig automatic? Barely any shifting?
yeah, he's driving an automatic
Sometimes shippers forget that your not from the area. have no way of knowing how the place works unless you've been there before. But if you haven't Proper directions are priceless.
Follow your trailer to the dock Alex easy peasy
Why don't you eat things before stocking up again. Guess what there will be room in your little fridge freezer if you eat the contents before refilling. Just a thought. Love watching the driving. Good channel.
I’m confused! Why did you turn right when the sign said turn left and you said yourself to turn left?
Make sense for you to be paid for your time as well as mileage.
What happened to the RTO12513 overdrive transmissions? Automatic's now??
👍👍
Does the company reimburse you for lost straps or are they company straps?
You are learning. It will not be very long you will be zipping around making it look easy. Just calm down life is too short to get all upset with other driver's Auto or Trucks. We will always going be stuck with bad driver's on our highways. That's is part of life. Accident free is more important. A few min's don't matter.
Trucking delivery
👍👍👍👍👍👍
My trainer had papers and dust and various partial bags of chips. His truck was FILTHY and so was he.
Hey Alex anyway you can make a video on how you trip plan?
I've been watching his videos for a while. Beyond going in sort of the right direction I don't think he does any major trip planning. He's always asking the GPS where is the next truck stop, rest area, etc. He even admitted in this very video that he didn't research the Wal-Mart before heading there.
@@Matts_Presentationswell we can't be perfect every time sometimes we just figure it out when we get there
He doesn't trip plan. Isn't that obvious by now?
Any updates on getting a Kenworth?
