Strange thay the Le Beau series is usually glanced over in every review series. Was at Cancun airport a few weeks back and they had JPG's entire line. Of them all, Le Beau Le Parfum was the most unique, fresh, and just plain yummy of the entire collection. Havent seen it again since then but it's been at the top of my list since then.
Their marketing is so fkn goated. I would buy it just for the bottle and to be able to say I'm wearing "ULTRAMALE"
I really appreciate you talking about the jpg le beau line. Me personally, I think Le beau le Parfum is the best summer perfum while I think le beau edt is the best all year around fragrance since it lasts more than 10 hours on my skin. I get many compliments about it and I absolutely love it

@@Seasniffer69 bro I was going to buy Layton last week but all these reviewers are saying Al haramain detour noir smelled EXACTLY like it, and it was only $30 so I pulled the trigger. It comes in tomorrow so I'm excited to see how it compares. No a bad deal considering how expensive Layton is, even on discounters
I kinda blind bought le male le parfum but damn I’m in love with it now - the fragrance seems to project more when it’s cooler and at night it seems than when it is hot 😂

Now, discussing JPG we mustn't forget that there was room for creativity, and launching bold fragrances for that house.
However, the market did not want difficult fragrances like Kokorico or Fleur du Male, so they kept producing what was selling the most. Even fairly nose-friendly releases like Le Male Terrible, Le Beau Male, Le Male Eau Fraiche, or Le Male Essence de Parfum weren't profitable enough to stay in the portfolio for longer which is a shame.
@School of Scents joined the game and can see stuff from the business perspective now, so I don't think there is room for anything new that doesn't smell like fragrances we've seen on the market since the 80s, and that were selling great.
At the end of the day, businesses want to make more ££, not necessarily revolutionize the industry as some big names have had nearly 2 or 3 decades ago.
Scandal EDT has got me many unsolicited compliments from work colleagues and other people. I've had Scandal still being able to smell on me after 10 hours on skin and too many hours on my clothes. Fresh out the shower and its still on my skin. I do agree its a safe fragrance who wants to please people. Le Male Le Parfum is my favourite in the line - around 10 hours on my skin.
I'll be trying Le Male Le Parfum soon. This will be perfect for the colder months. I like cardamom scents.

Ultra male & le male le parfum are top of the line when it comes to jpg! At least currently
Just bought a decant of ultra male due to all the hype and tbh I find is too sweet. To me it leans towards the feminine side and could have been called ultra female 😂. I own one million and million lucky and don’t find them as sweet as ultra male and both of them are sweet perfumes. Ultra male reminds me of a chewing gum I used to buy when I was a kid.
@@RameezRazaRiaz99 I only wear ultra male when it’s winter, the scent isn’t as sweet and it’s divine. Sure you can wear it out to a club/bar but if it’s hot outside or humid or warm temperatures might be cloying

Jean Paul gaultier le male le parfum I have to say quite possibly is best spray I have found for my sprays arsenal. It's an absolute powerhouse smells so damn good! I have never felt so confident in a spray 🥺😍

I dont want to admit it but i really really enjoy and like the smells of le male le parfum. Its something that my dad uses daily. Not that i hate my dad, its just i dont want to smell like… a dad yet 😂

I really don't know about the Scandal Le Parfum. I tried both Stronger With You Intensely and Scandal Le Parfum, and surprisingly the Scandal LP performed better (by far than SWY Intensely, both in terms of longevity and projection). 🤨 And SWY Intensely is advised as a potent room-filling fragrance.
I don't know why the whole internet decline on Scandal. It is an awesome fragrance. Don't get fooled by fragrance reviewers!
Last year I bought Le Male Le Parfum and Ultra Male , and now that a year has come around I got Le Male edt and Le Male Elixir. I had never previously tried the original. I really like both. I just love that vibe that JPG gives off.
How would you rate all of those? I have le male le perfum. Thinking about buying Ultra male now. Is it worth it? I love le parfum.
@@ambiven10 I think it is worth it if you want something very sweet and playful in your collection. :) And it is strong. It is different than le male le parfum because lmlp is not that sweet and is more powdery and it is smooth and kinda elegant-ish.

@@ambiven10 I enjoy Le Male edt. I have been wearing it for 3-4 days. I can say that it is something completely different than ultra male. The original Le Male is very powdery. My girlfriend even said it smells like baby powder. Smelling it you can understand how le male le parfum got its inspiration with a tiny bit powdery vibe to it. Comparing original Le Male and Ultramale then Ultramale is super sweet and strong , but I don’t get any resemblance between it and the original. The original seems closer to the skin and not really projecting a lot. Maybe it is because of the fact that my nose is used to Jean Paul Gaultier fragrances and it just does not pick them up in the air that much. For now it feels like the original Le Male edt has 1-2 hours moderate projections and then lasts. 8-9 hours on skin. Ultramale I feel like has a strong projection first 6-8 hours maybe and then a skin scent probably 3 hours more.
Can you do the same breakdown with all the molecules colognes..

Bro I’ve been using Scandal EDT for years, and I get compliments all the time. It lasts 12hr plus, and my girlfriend loves it every time a wear it.

The best ever jpg for me is le male essence de perfume very2 masculine with lavender tonka n leathery but sad discontinued . The second best is le male le parfum with dna le male edt but more to mature

i have a 10 year old bottle of JPG le male, it's a beast. It's a 12+ hour for me. Too strong though and I never liked it. As I've grown older i might appreciate it a bit more, but it's still a bit much.

What do you think about azzaro most wanted edp intense? People says it’s better than the holl stronger with you line and is the king of fall designer fragrances. Is it true? Maybe you can make a video about the azzaro line… Which one has the best scent and for which occasion. Only love 🤙🏼❤️

Jean Paul Gaultier male is my only perfume that I've been wearing for 23 years. Even my wife, back in the day we were dating, and not even my girlfriend felt for it. I sprayed her pillow with the perfume on our first night together, went back home and she missed me the day's after. It all resulted in a marriage. She buys me Jean Paul Gaultier every year since she likes the smell on me.

Does anyone else find the opening to Le Beau Le Parfum way sharper/chemical than expected? Im debating if mine needs to macerate or if this is just how it is.

Unfortunately the original Le Male no longer smells like it once did in the 90s. It’s so different now. More vanilla and lavender. Missing that mint magic it once had. 😢
Yeah but know you can actually wear it without feeling like annoying people. I love wearing it to the gym because it’s so peaceful and respectful not loud as it once was.
@@engell3707 to the gym? 😳.. Far too loud for gym wear. It is an evening or daily scent. Definitely doesn’t suit the gym. I don’t think you know what the original Le Male smelt like in the mid 90s. It was a very potent fragrance. It’s now a shadow of its former.
