I am 2 weeks post op with lipo 360 and I’m so sad I didn’t find you first. I will be seeing you next year for a breast reconstruction/lift/redo. I had my breast augmentation when I was 26 and I’m now 42. It’s long overdue to have them done again.

ladies, DO NOT take your UPPER BACK AREA lightly. yes the butt is important in the faja, but if the upper back is NOT compressing as hard.. you can end up with a saggy back after lipo and that sucks! my faja didnt have good compression in my upper back and now i suffer the consequenses. :'(
Absolutey this!!! Too many women focus on the butt and waist but dont think about how that faja fits the upper back and under-arm area. Often this results in their fat being pushed up and spilling OUT of the upper sides and arm pit area of the faja. This, in addition to looking horrible and being terribly uncomfortable, will also cause dents in those areas. You are much better off getting a faja with sleeves and built-in bra so that EVERYTHING is contained and smoothly compressed. No dents, no fat spilling over the armpit area, and out the upper side/back area where the straps meet the back.

Got this as I was looking for something for shaping. Saw video saying can be worn even if u didnt have BBL. I love the fit, comfort and material. I am not a big fan for the little open some faja have to pee BUT THIS was way better, much wider space, shoots some folks don't pee in straight stream.. lol. This area is perfect( anyone who has this concern) my measurements was closer to large but wanted tighter around waist So got Medium. Fit fine. I was able to hook it on the tightest row of hooks by myself without feeling I was getting carpal tunnel from trying to pull material to hook it. It was a breeze(material move nicely) I hooked it on every single row by myself... I was skeptical at first to purchase cuz it's hard to find genuine folks sometimes and of course Dr. William has a self interest was my thoughts has I checkout but I was willing to try. I AM glad I did. Now I will start saving for another cuz if I can fit a Medium then Surely I must be a SMAALLLLLLL babbby. #hopefullymy medium tail won't pass out... anyhoo, I think it's worth the try... wish he did a faja without straps that will not roll down your waist...:) ** hint hint.. I originally thought about carrying it below the knee, but there is such a wide variety in calf circumference and I worry if it is too tight in popliteal fossa it could produce swelling or perhaps even be thrombogenic.

Yes The Ogee Faja is good for a TT but one week after the surgery. We don't want the pressure on the abdomen immediately following a TT. As for the working out--6 weeks after having a TT you can resume all of your normal activities including working out. At 6 weeks there are no limitations whatsoever.
Start with two of the same size and that is most likely all you will need. Occasionally someone will need to go down a size after 2 months and then they can get a smaller faja but The Ogee Faja is very adjustable to try to prevent people from having to buy another one.

Those are good fajas--The main difference is The Ogee Faja follows the Ogee line which is a more natural shape and has different compression in different areas of the body--less where fat is grafted to preserve the fat and more compression where liposuction was done.

There should be enough compression on the thighs. There is a huge trend to over compression. It is not necessary. Rolling is really important but no one talks about that.

No it is a different faja. The faja the comes with the 305 Plastic Surgery package is a different faja. The Ogee Faja is available at 305, but it's a totally different faja with variable compression through out--the Ogee has a Functional Fit with more compression in the areas I do lipo and less in areas where I place fat and more compression in the Key Area. No it won't. It will make you look better even without surgery but those results are not permanent they are just temporary while you wear the faja.

Yes just The Ogee Faja is fine but for my patients I also start them on foams and boards under the faja the day after surgery.

Dr William, if i do tummy lipo, inner thigh lipo and arm lipo, i cannot wear this faja because it has less compression on the thigh area. Am i right?
There should be enough compression on the thighs. There is a huge trend to over compression. It is not necessary. Rolling is really important but no one talks about that.
