One way that would be helpful is to show,( by time stamps), when core competencies are being demonstrated.

Thank you for the suggestions. We will add this in the next videos that should be coming up soon. If you like more info on using ICF competencies in leadership coaching or mentor coaching, you can email us with questions directly at support@globalcoachgroup.com

I'm at minute 8:58, and it seems like the person's definition of "empowerment" is to carry out his detailed plan without supervision, more like independentfunctioningnin their very defined role. But empowerment means people feeling like they can *exercise* power, such as making decisions and choices about how to meet the goals, and maybe how goals need to shift. We're at 12:31 and it's still about employees following the boss's clearly laid out plan. Now at 14:00, they can raise their hand if things aren't going well with the plan (that is not theirs). "Personalities" derail plans. The guy is not skilled with ways people perform differently, and imagines they should operate al uniformly like machines. The coach never questions the person's fundamental definition. 12:53, he says he's going to "empower people to check the boxes." The coach is doing nothing to help the person reflect critically yet. We are 3/4 of the way through, and I'm not waiting around any longer to see if he holds up his end of the coaching relatonship.
