when the cleint said, can you add something here and the coach stated that she affirms. here it is the client to go deeper instead affirming what he said is right. instead as a coach we should have challenged him on his burnout definition. problem in the management could be elsewhere. may be lack of KPIs, lack of role clarity

I think first question should have been what making him to believe that others are getting burned-out, here the focus should be on the client's belief. then probably digging to what burnout means to him. probably what he thinks is burnout for others, may not be true? correct me if I'm sounding wrong here
