- In our closing sketch for 2018, the 11th and 12th Doctors bump into each other and then ALL of their other incarnations in order to pose for their annual portrait. 14 incarnations, one Time Lord, can't they all just get along?

I liked the part when 1st stomped his cane onto 6th's foot which made everyone, including 5th to 2nd, to feel it except him

12: Well, as I live and regenerate, I never forget a bow-tie.
11: You look familiar. Are you...
12: I am, I am.
11: A fan! Oh, well so good to meet you. Your cosplay is a bit off though. You don't even have a bow-tie.
12: I'm you, you dork! And believe it or not, as you get older and wiser, you tend to stay more minimal. Yeah, I don't need a flippy bow-tie and floppy hair.
11: What, so I get a whole new set of regenerations then?
12: I don't usually like to tell someone's future, but spoilers: yes you do.
11: Oh, Geronimo! That's wonderful, you know, and this is a cracking coat by the way. You know what, I think you could still use some neck-wear but I do hope that you still carry a handkerchief. Because I carry mine every- Oh... There seems to be a knot tied in my handkerchief. When do I do that? I'll have to investigate that one day. One day...
1: One day I shall come back. Yes, I shall come back.
*1 enters. 11 sonics 1*
1: Until then there must be no regrets, no sonics or psychic paper. Only historicals, educational intent, and a granddaughter needed to just go forward in all your beliefs, and prove to me that I am not mistaken in mine.
11: Oh, I missed you! The white hair and the monocle and the cane.
1: Yes, and the travels in time and Spain.
11: Oh, the line flubs. I don't quite miss those. Look, I was so young back when I was with you. When I was you. I wonder if I'll ever be that young again.
12: You know, I'm standing right here mate!
1: So you're my latest models are you? An unkempt schoolboy and a magician. Typical.
*2 enters*
2: Oh my giddy aunt! Oh, three of me... a crotchety one, ooh, a skinny one. And another crotchety one?
2 & 11: Braces!
1: Oh, and the clown is back I see. Where did all my class go?
12: It's standing right in front of you mate.
2: It got rid of it for a much needed dose of humility! Now budge up, budge up; you're gonna get this reunion all wrong without me.
1: I was doing perfectly well before you came along!
2: Doing perfectly well, hmm?
1: Yes!
2: Dying over a handful of cybermen. I faced that lot four times and never had - and always found a way to stand my ground.
11 & 12: Ah, corridors.
1: Standing? Ha, ha. I heard you were doing a lot more running than standing.
2: True, true, but I was running with authority.
1: Oh you cosmic hobo!
2: Ebeneezer Scrooge!
*3 enters*
3: And now we're in colour. Style, poise, gadgets, and with a little help from the Brigadier, Benton, Yates and Jo, we have it all under control.
1 & 2: *both scoff*
12: As you can see I've kept up your sense of velvet style.
3: Yes, indeed. I do think we'll get on rather splendidly.
11: *clears throat* Why are you all here again, because I thought that that was all impossible after Gallifrey got tucked away in its own pocket dimension.
1: What?
12: You know, it really - it fixed itself, to be honest. Gallifrey's back -- business as usual...
11: What?
12: Don't think about it! Just accept it.
2: You see, we are here for a regeneration life-cycle portrait. Exciting, yes!
11: Oh, very exciting! Where's the camera?
3: Oh, it's over there old chap. I've asked the Brigadier to take it. He's hovering around there in my Whomobile trying to find the best camera angle.
11: Oh! I need a Whomobile again! Silver winged cars are just Christmas!
3: The Whomobile and I have been through quite a lot while I stayed comfy here on Earth. All the alien invasions and such, and uh, yeah.
*4 enters*
4: That's because you're in exile, I believe. State of place for a Time Lord. More a state of inertia, ha, ha, ha. And here I thought we were all wanderers in the fourth dimension.
11: You!
4: Me.
3: Yes, me. Or rather, a poor facsimile of me, I see, if they're all teeth and curls.
4: Well, I did think the nose was an improvement. Ha.
2: Well, look who finally decided to show up. I was beginning to think that I skipped a regeneration.
1: You? Weren't you made of wax, once, hmm?
4: Indeed. You may all be a doctor, but I am *The* Doctor. The definitive article, you might say.
1 & 3: *facepalm*
2: Yes, well I remember; when I became you I became irascible.
4: Indomitable.
2: Irrational.
4: *Indomitable*
2: Intolerable!
4: *Indomitable!*
2: Fine! Indomitable. When I became indomitable, you were- well it's finally time you made peace with yourself. Once and for all.
4: Well... alright. Anybody care for a jelly baby?
1 & 3: *shake heads*
2: Oh yes!
11: Yes please!
12: Yes!
2, 11 & 12: *each take a jelly baby*
*5 enters*
5: I'll have one. I had to brag myself away from court. *takes a jelly baby*
*6 enters*
6: *deep sigh*
*applause*
6: *signals to increase applause*
*applause increases*
6: That trial was taking forever! Felt like it lasted an entire year. I thought it would never end.
5: Save one for him. Well, he's me... or, rather... you. *points to past incarnations*
1, 3 & 4: Me?
12: Yes. I can confirm that I am indeed wearing that coat, but for the life of me I still don't know why. I appreciate the attitude, but do you really have to put it on with that jacket.
6: It makes a statement! I'll have you know, This! This... *points as face* this, was the height of style in 1984.
12: Yes, the height of something, all right.
6: I'll have you know, I don't need approval from myself for _my_ taste in clothing.
5: I'm definitely not the man that I was.
4: Yes, I'll say, I mean, I enjoyed a good cricket bat, but *gesturing at 5* this is ridiculous.
6: Okay, wait, wait - Speaking of our other- *takes jelly baby* Aw, thank you. Speaking of our other selves, the Valeyard isn't going to be making an appearance here I hope?
1-5 & 11: Who?
6: Never mind, never mind.
*7, playing the spoons, enters with 8*
*11 sonics 7*
7 (to 8): So, I take it you're having trouble with the Master. He didn't, like, attack you with his, like, cheetah eyes or his fangs?
8: No, he was pretty much a snake by then.
7: Oh? That makes no sense.
8: Tell me about it!
2: It's nice to see I found a good pair of trousers finally.
7: I know! It's like we're all the same person with nothing in common, but deep down, we're all alike.
*War and 9 both enter, arms crossed*
7: Maybe I spoke too soon.
9: Oi! We're here now, let's get this over with.
War: What I do, I do without choice.
9: That's all I hear all day. "I do it without choice, I do it without choice". Do you do anything _with_ choice?
War: I'm choosing not to pop you in the face right now.
*various doctors approach them, as if anticipating to break up a fight*
11: No no no no no no no, just do not even touch them. Leave them alone. The Time War was not a good time for us.
*10 enters*
10: What? Is this a party? No...
*11 sonics 10*
10: It's a reunion! It's a reunion of me, I and us-es. Oh I love a good reunion!
*10 gestures to high five with 4*
*4 points to 5*
10: Where are you? There you are.
*10 high fives with 5*
10: That's it! Oh yeah...
4 & 10: Doctor? Yes.. well... ha, ha, ha.
4: Well, tell me: How did you finally regenerate? Obviously not old age.
10: No no no, fighting the Master and some Time Lords.
4: That old chestnut, yes.
10: Yes, yes. Then I fell from a moving spaceship...
4: Ah, yes, that's what did it.
10: ...No.
4: What, did you fall from a height higher than a radio telescope?
10: Oh yes, yes! Right through a glass ceiling...
5: Is that what triggered it?
10: ...No. Slammed into a marble floor...
2: Oh, that would've done it.
10: ...No, no, no, no.
4: What!? Wait, wait, you mean to tell me you fell from a height much higher than a radio telescope, onto a surface much harder than wet grass? And you still didn't have to regenerate!?
10: No. Still had plenty of time to kill some Time Lords and save the day.
4: Well this is bullshit.
*4 starts to walk off, stopped by his other incarnations*
10: I even had about six weeks to get my face together and say goodbye to all of my companions.
All: *ahem*
10: ... _Our. Our_ companions.
6: Well. Looks like regeneration has come a long way since my time.
12: Just you wait.
War: Tell me about it.
7: (unintelligible)... with a little TARDIS turbulence.
*all laugh at 6*
6: It was _severe_ turbulence I'll have you know. And I *breathes in* was on an exercise bike.
1 (to 11): So, I hear you young fellows are starting to kiss our companions now.
*8, 9, 10 and 11 gesture in agreement*
1: Who started that nonsense, hmm?
*all look at 8*
8: What? It was the 90's! The 1990's... When in Rome...
5: It's not cricket. It's not the proper thing!
12: That's right! That's why I put a stop to all of that. And I _only_ kissed the Master.
All: You did WHAT!?
12: *laughs* Spoilers.
10 (to 11): Hey! And another thing. What have you done to my sonic?
11: Oh, it wasn't me it was the TARDIS.
4: Wait, it was what?
10: That's another thing. What did you do with the TARDIS? What happened to the coral?
9 (to 11): You got rid of the coral?
War (to 9): Why did _you_ get rid of the round things?
1-7: You got rid of the round things?
8: Why'd you change it from steampunk?
All: Why did you change it all?
2: I don't like it!
Brigadier (off screen): Greetings doctors. Just getting this contraption set up here. Won't be a minute.
*doctors start moving and lining up*
Brigadier: Okay everyone, line up. Tall people in the back, short ones in the front. No, the _real_ short people in the front.
12: Back 10!
*12 drags 10 back*
Brigadier: You, chair-skin leather there. You're doing great, keep it up!
*13 enters*
13: Brilliant!
1, 6, 10 & 12: Is she?
5, War, 9 & 11: Am I?
2, 3, 4, 7 & 8: Are you?
13: Smile boys!
*all smile*
Brigadier: Right, that's good. Hold it. Hold it. Everyone say "Geronimo!"
All: Geronimo!

Chad played Six phenomenally!! Everyone was great, this is loads of fun to watch!
For a while, I actually thought that was Colin himself.
This has to be my new favourite DW sketch. Everyone did such a great job and the amount of coordination on the exchanges between all the Doctors was absolutely genius! So many great and nostalgic nods of what you'd expect if all the Doctors were present, and there are some very appropriate ones that would probably come in a conversation between them - like Six's coat or who started the kissings, etc. And the ending is the cherry on top of what is already a great cake!
One day (yes, one day...) I hope there would be an actual exchange like this one between all the real actors but with people voicing the original dead actors faithfully (like what they did in Rogue One for Grand Moff Tarkin), I mean, the BBC made such a great job these past few years in bringing back past Doctors (Hartnell in the 50th is a great example) and updating the visual effects that I would love to see that as a future step. This definitely fills that big void too. So thank you for that! :)

It's so funny to me that everyone has super detailed cosplays with multiple layers and then... there's Four. All you need is the scarf, the coat, and the hat. I do love Tom Baker's red vest though.
Sorry how is everyone else "super detailed" compared to Tom? He had the most layers of clothing of them all, Capaldi was very Spartan as were Jodie, Matt and the new guy, you've got it wrong way around...

Pretty good sketch, whoever played the fifth couldve done with a blonde wig and I duno what accent chris was doing, shouldve been northern, sounded cockney or something, but the reflective foot pain gag at the end was worth waiting for.
