FREE (or Cheap) CHICKEN FEEDERS

With the extra meat birds this year we needed more of everything!
More Space
More Waterers
More Feeders
that all equals MORE MONEY SPENT….unless we can build our own!
And of course we are going to at least try!
What you need:
-5 gallon plastic bucket
-Cutting tool (zip cut, hacksaw, steak knife, whatever you have available)
-Fasteners (rivets, zip ties, wire, whatever you have available)
-Drill or something able to make some holes in the bucket
For us we had all the material in stock so we were able to make this at no cost but even if you have to buy some buckets it will be cheaper then buying the feeders from a farm store or online!

Nothing better than a FREE DIY project! Seems better than spending $30+ on something that you can rig up at home! This video had me laughing a few times with the comments 😂 “ugh I missed” “missed again” “looks like a job for zip ties to me” and “the chickens won’t even notice”

We figured it was worth trying to see if it would work! So far so good! I laughed at the “pinched my fat” 🤦🏼‍♀️ and “chickens won’t even notice” also had me chuckling! 😂
