I was never so happy to get to arms! Great total body with the ball! I agree, this is a great one to split up if you don’t have the time for a total body, given it is split in segments. Felt happy to get through this. Gayle was a trooper too!
I just love the twist of using the ball for the weight work … keeps it fresh .. I will definitely use those moves in my own workouts .. and I’m back to repeat the legwork 😂

Man, it feels so good to finish and overcome the challenges I had this morning! My computer was not working so I had to play through my phone for half of the workout until my computer started and my body was sore but I feel great now. Thank you!

Just when I think I can't have another favorite workout, you prove me wrong! This ball and weight workout done in sections starting with abs was phenomenal! Fifty minutes of movement felt like 20. The leg section made my legs wish for more. Thank you Gayle and Chris for a marvelous Monday head to toe workout!!❤

This workout pushed me to leave my comfort zone and challenge my balance and core strength- or at least find out that I need to work my core exercises much more often. I modified a few of the exercises- did some without the ball (the plank) and really enjoyed this workout... This is almost an assessment opportunity to find out where you can improve yourself! I did this workout yesterday, like the variety 😊funny thing I woke up in the middle of night going "oh my armstrings are sore! " thinking hamstrings = back of the legs, armstrings = back of the arms - triceps. Things we come up with 1/2 awake 😄
