    Didn't think I could do this on the ball, but was able to do almost all and modify the rest! Thanks for providing such a variety of workouts on your channel. Never get bored and also think it is better for my body to not do the same thing all the time.

    I was never so happy to get to arms! Great total body with the ball! I agree, this is a great one to split up if you don’t have the time for a total body, given it is split in segments. Felt happy to get through this. Gayle was a trooper too!

    I just love the twist of using the ball for the weight work … keeps it fresh .. I will definitely use those moves in my own workouts .. and I’m back to repeat the legwork 😂

    I really enjoy the stability ball. It adds another level with the added balance to stay in place and turning into a weeble (remember those..lol)

    Man, it feels so good to finish and overcome the challenges I had this morning! My computer was not working so I had to play through my phone for half of the workout until my computer started and my body was sore but I feel great now. Thank you!

    I love the stability ball workouts because it’s a good reminder that I need to improve my mobility. Always such a great variety Chris! The pike and plank moves on the ball continue to be a challenge - can’t seem to stop rolling off the ball! Always appreciate your dedication to us! ❤

    I love the different feeling you get from incorporating the ball! Fav moves were the dead bug, hip lifts/roll ins, and the pullovers 🥳 Gayle rocked it and looked super cute in her outfit 😅 Thank you Chris and Gayle :)

    Just when I think I can't have another favorite workout, you prove me wrong! This ball and weight workout done in sections starting with abs was phenomenal! Fifty minutes of movement felt like 20. The leg section made my legs wish for more. Thank you Gayle and Chris for a marvelous Monday head to toe workout!!❤

    This was a really great total body workout ❤ today. Things get intense with the stability ball and make things a Lil more challenging as always ,but I stick through it and do them so I get stronger each time

    This workout pushed me to leave my comfort zone and challenge my balance and core strength- or at least find out that I need to work my core exercises much more often. I modified a few of the exercises- did some without the ball (the plank) and really enjoyed this workout... This is almost an assessment opportunity to find out where you can improve yourself! Thanks!

    I did this workout yesterday, like the variety 😊funny thing I woke up in the middle of night going "oh my armstrings are sore! " thinking hamstrings = back of the legs, armstrings = back of the arms - triceps. Things we come up with 1/2 awake 😄

    Gayle’s smile is ON FIREEEEE!! Some of these moves were sneaky sneaky I was shaking on some of them! “I’m not trying to rude but yes I am” HAHAHAHHAA my new mantra
