I'm Spanish and my mother taught me some Spanish folklore regarding herbs. 1:32 I applied to several Unis in the US to study English/Spanish Education. I ended up going to Colorado St Uni because I kept dreaming of pine. I looked at pics of CSU and there were pine everywhere. In Spain I kept smelling sweet pine everywhere (I lived on the coast - no pine). Piñon Pine has a sweet smell that I wasn't familiar with. When I arrived in Colorado I smelled it. It was there that I met my husband, and ended up getting published. 2:05 In Spain, rosemary represents fidelity. I used it in my wedding 25 yrs ago.

I SWEAR I'm not trying to sound like a hater, but isn't the H silent in the word herb?

Tomato tomaTO! The British pronunciation is "Herbs" with an "H" while American pronunciation is "erbs" without the "H." :)
