Ahh welcome to the Border Princes, where life is cheap like bad booze or rusty knife... It's a land of the brave, free people, or dead people. Mercenaries, cutthroats, bounty hunters can found a good coin in that land.
always like the boarder princes to place whatever realm you want without messing to much with established factions and geopolitics. both in making homebrew tqbletop army, or for rpg making your own realm or whatever else you want
When I was making my lore for my characters I want to just be one of my next backdrops for my hero that I made named Lance where he was starting over as a undead vampire lord trying to make a different existence it's also where you will strike tragedy so I wanted to put all that story and more into that area because the border prince's It had the right idea area where he would try to make a new start so yeah plus I remember playing the original Warhammer shadow of the horn rat which was really awesome back in the day
Could you do a part2 or maybe expand on this a bit. While this doesn't feel rushed, it does feel incomplete. Of course, GW might not want or allow anyone else to expand on what you have said, but I thought I would ask.
Have you heard the news that GW intends to bring back the Old world? I guess that childish and soulless Age of Sigmar high fantasy with ground marines did not resonate well with fans who loved Old world for grimdark realism, geopolitics and a sympathetic struggle of normal humans with supernatural adversity :)
@@dubuyajay9964 AoS sold well because of the explosion of Multi Media. Not to mention, GW announced the big change at Comicon. Got the attention from non players, who became interested. Before, we had a drip on the internet, word I mouth, and WD,.. Also the new generation likes squeaky clean new stuff. Not the Grim Dark. Btjm. Looking forward to the return of the Old World

Ah yes, the best place for homebrew warhammer adventures
Oooof, playing my border princes campaign(wh2), watching this lore just made it 1000x more interesting
Good to be of use.
Gashnag is one of the most fun campaigns.

"What do you mean the crusade is already over?! Aw Balzac."
They took too long :D
I always wondered about the Boarder Prince's.
Nicely done Sir.
Thanks!
A violent place even by Warhammer standarts.
Watching this after the Old World article about the Border Princes.

This was all I found in the fandom wiki. I'd love to expand but I don't know where to get any more extensive lore on this topic.
@@GrimDarkNarrator and I will bet you can not make your own either:>/
A very extremely great video as GrimDark Narrator.
Thank you.
Isnt this default place for adventures for pen and paper werhammer rpg?
It kinda is.
How many Bruner novels are there in total? Are they all written by the same person?
C.L.Werner. Their is an Anthology, pretty neat collection.
There are 3 books, written by the same author (I think). But the first two books are themselves just collections of short stories.
Awesome

They're Shitmarines are still around. They're just demoting Oldhammer to being the Fantasy Horus Heresy prequel setting.
Funn when AoS sells better than Fantasy ever did and is easier to get into
Very well said. I read the articles on that. Still a long way till it comes, if ever.
@@ThatDragonGuy Stupid sells. As disgusting as it is.

I winder what happened to the pygmies?
Feral Gnomes ? :D
So Basically... The border princes are like Collin Kaepernick. "Believe in something, even if it means sacrificing everything"
How do you say Abby about the chaos dwarves you feel like you never made me about them before
I have made no less than 6 videos on the Chaos Dwarfs. Check out the Dwarfs playlist from Warhammer Fantasy :)
