Hello!! Oh my goodness thank you for reaching out and your family sounds so lovely!! I love that you print out pictures and memory plan (and that your granddaughter looks through them - maybe a future planner 😘) 💕 Unfortunately, it was a kit from last year from Hello Petite Paper. However, she currently has a pink and blue kit in her shop now called "Awakening", one that has more of that birch tree vibe if that's what you are going for called "Winter Cottage", and one that I did pick up because I loved the deep blue colors called "Warm Heart". I hope that helps and I'm so sorry this isn't still out there. Hope you are doing well 🫶
