I think it was probably around 5 years ago the AC started acting up? Not sure exactly but definitely a while and my recollection of that convo is that my mechanic said it would be several hundred dollars of labor because it would mean taking the entire dashboard apart from the inside (so maybe there is some other broken part you couldn't reach from under the hood? Dunno). Anyway, I decided it wasn't worth it since the AC still sorta worked and I don't drive inland where it gets really hot THAT often. P.S. Hi Pixel's subscribers!
