    Try a pizza peel without holes in it dude. A simple wooden one dusted with semolina or flour will never fail on you. The reason it isnt working (probably) with a pizza peel with holes in it is because you are (probably) taking to long to put your toppings onto the dough and so the dough is dropping into the holes.

      Yeah, great tip! I’ll look at a wooden peel - I don’t think it was a time thing because I would try and slide it from a bench top just before dropping in the oven… but maybe the dough was a bit too soft and sunk through a bit anyway.
