Hi Manish! I hope you're doing well. I am applying through AOS on July 11th. I have a few questions and would appreciate your help.
1. I'm working for a US based company that has been in Alberta since 2006, what should I write in the year business incorporated or registered section? The company I work for here is a branch of the main US branch, operating under a different name in Alberta. For eg. "XYZ" in US, "XYZ energy" in Canada. Should it be the year it was incorporated in the US or Canada? Can I keep the "Year business incorporated" section blank and only include the year it was established in Alberta?
2. Does the NAICS code have to be 5 digits or 2 digits work as well? The company works on everything that falls under that NAICS.

My company started operations in Aug 2022 in Alberta. The company has filed 2 fiscal yeat taxes.( Aug 2022 to Dec 2022 and Jan 2023 to Dec 2023) . Will this be considere

Hi Manish, my employer( publicly traded company) refused to help me with the employer declaration form. What should I do? and from what I've heard this is a common issue for many candidates, could you please address this issue.
If you absolutely cannot get the declaration form then try submitting your application without it. Immigration officer will check and if he fine without employer declaration then you might just get lucky. But try your best to get the form, its the safest way to apply.

Name of Employer's Authorized Signing Official (print) should be fill printed or with the pen because it doesn't allow me on my laptop
Fill to the extent you can.. then print the form and do other fields via pen.. then scan and upload

Where to submit the Employer Declaration and authorization form while filing the application? While uploading the pdfs there isn’t any option for that. There is one like Dependants authorization form but that’s different.

Does The company incorporated should be two years old or from when the business is established. For example my business is incorporated in January 1st but was established and operational on march 1 st.
have been in continuous and active operation in Alberta for a minimum of 2 complete fiscal years (the year used for tax or accounting purposes) prior to application submission
Just need further clarification on this. Is it for someone with a Job offer (LMIA) based application? Is is also require for someone who is already working (LMIA-exempt) in Alberta.
Again, don’t over complicate things it is required for all applications and for all job offers

This is mandatory. So if the employer is not giving this form, then sadly you cannot apply.

I am working in one of the big IT MNC and they said we cannnot give you any signed employer authorization from document. In that is there any alternative to apply or any way to request to alberta government? under AOS or Tech pathway
Well there is no exception mentioned.. try filling up the application and in that section give some kind of explanation.. but that should be our last alternative

I don’t think so. It’s should be mandatory only for new applications.
However, being mentally prepared that the officers can ask for this form on which decision have not yet been taken

What do you mean?
As the IT MNCs are not giving the form with signature what we have to do
Unfortunately this is mandatory. So you will have to work with your employer to get this form signed.
