Hi Manish! I'm working for a US based company that has been in Alberta since 2006, what should I write in the year business incorporated or registered section? The company I work for here is a branch of the main US branch, operating under a different name in Alberta. For eg. "XYZ" in US, "XYZ energy" in Canada.
1. Should it be the year it was incorporated in the US or Canada?
2. Can I keep the "Year business incorporated" section blank and only include the year it was established in Alberta?

Hello Manish, Thanks for such an informative video. I have got noi under tech pathway and my employer name is CGI which is very big company and publicly listed. They dont provide confidential information and HR informed me that they dont sign this form. what shall i do in this case? Can you please let me know?

Hi manish, i work in 2 different locations in calgary for the same company how can i mention that in this form so that there are no confusion for ainp officials, and also it should also be mentioned in my offer letter and reference letter?…..is it a problem at the end?

I submitted my AAIP application under rural renewal stream yesterday but I got to know today that I had to file this declaration form from the employer and include it in the application but I didn’t see any option for declaration form while uploading the docs also will I be able to add this file to my application now?

Hi, Manish. My situation is confusing… The company where I work has main head quarter in Ontario, and is also registered for more than 30 years in Alberta. Currently, it has a small sales branch office in a comercial address in Calgary. The company has 6 employees in Alberta, mostly in Calgary region. The trick part is “have a place of doing business in Alberta where employees can report to work regularly as needed and where work assignments are issued”. Most of employees in Alberta are sales executives, so they are normally visiting industrial sites. Also, all invoices to customers (together with sold products / equipments / solutions) come from the head quarter, in Ontario. The revenue of the company is way over $400.000 annually. I am still working in Ontario (since I came to Canada under intra-company transferee, from Brazil, over 1 year ago), but considering to live in Alberta. Would Alberta consider my situation eligible in case I moved to this province, applying for AOS (when resumed)? Thanks
Ask this to AAIP.. may be they can give an official answer.. from my point of view it looks OK as long as your company is able to defend that they have indeed placed you there when asked

Hello Manish, I understand for Job offer an Employer Authorization form is also needed in application, however does Employer Authorization form needed for all ready working in Alberta on Closed Work Permit or its not needed?
This is a PNP requirement and they haven’t made any exception for closed work permit holders
it will be needed except for cases where AB sends NOI directly like family connection and occupation in demand

@@ManishExplains but how they will know that the managers are authorized? Something has to be officially signed by the owner that’s showing he gave the authorization? That is so difficult to me to understand.
Normally they would sign and provide their name and contact details. They will be signing this under oath and subject to perjury if they make a wrong statement. So its like an affidavit of sort.

hey manish in my scenario i work at a client location in alberta my companies office is in ontario. But previously many of my colleagues has got the pnp nomination even if we don't have office in alberta. They have shown that we are working and living in alberta but working at client location and they got the nomination and pr. What do you suggest in my case what should i do now as they have introduced this form now ?
