Im super glad that citizens are developing NV goggles. Super frustrating when companies just build for the military & overprice their units because they know the Gov't doesn't care how much it costs if they want the unit. The civilian market is awesome! I've seen ppl clone $3500 units & sell them for $500 & the performance of the unit is outstanding. Bought a Mawl clone I'm pretty happy with. Does everything the real Mawl does. May not be as effective or powerful, but it does serve its purpose & serves it well! Took alot for me to buy a clone. Not disappointed. I took a risk lol sure, but I didn't buy chinese..
No problem! 👍 I've been sidetracked with some other content lately but I do plan to record an update later this month just showing the device after a firmware update and my thoughts after spending some time with the unit. 😎👍🍻

940nm only, and an excellent weapons-mounted 940nm light. Love this cheap device. Get me similar in thermal in this price range, and I am all in. And yes, try to find anything I can afford not made in China. Sure, you can get great products for under 3K. Let me know if anyone wants to gift me 3K to buy one. Until then, this was the best I could find for the money. Also, have a ballistic helmet that costs $150. Live within your means, folks. It even has been adjusted for use with the CM-7M mask. Takes some getting used to, and I would not recommend you use it for driving because I know some are thinking about that. Maybe a bike. No matter what, IR or no IR, you are screwed in SHTF coming up against an enemy using thermal. But being realistic how many bad guys are packing good expensive gear? I thought many had Hi-Points? But will do thermal when I can afford it.
Both of them are NOT light sensitive at all. You need IR light. No matter what. I have multiple analog NVGs and the NVG10/NIGHTFOX RED. It's not even comparable. Both of them shining brighter than any flashlight I have at night!!!
The problem here is NightFox doesnt understand the market. They could EASILY turn this into a viable low cost PVS-14 option, but in its current state, its a childs toy. I would love to sit down with their engineers and explain it to them. I own two PVS-14s gen 3 green and a WP. I also own a digital 1X device, and a Thermal unit. I would easily buy one of these if they actually made it correctly.
I hear you and I agree, with some key upgrades, maybe at double the cost I could see a very functional and robust option that I would gladly pay for as well. Hopefully we'll get to see that option sometime soon! 😎👍
I am very excited for the future of digital night vision. With a few more years of development quality will improve, and we should start to see IPX ratings with the cost becoming even more affordable.
Me too! The differences even from the nightfox swift v.1 to this are huge so I’m sure we’ll see higher ipx ratings and better lens/sensors at cheaper costs going forward for sure! Thanks for checking out my review! 😎👍
Great suggestion, I do have plans to get some real outdoor footage in wooded areas and open fields, as well as indoors CQB distance, to showcase just that so I’m hoping to get that done soon (maybe after Thanksgiving or next month). 😎👍
I’ll have to test them out, but from what I have seen so far I don’t think these have capabilities for driving in the dark. Since they rely on external IR sources I have a feeling if you blast an IR light at a windshield it will create too much splash but I will definitely test it out and let you know in the next video I drop for this device! 👍
@AboveAverageMan97 🤔 i know they make IR lightbars so yeah that would definitely work. Just won’t have everything in focus so that would be your biggest challenge, seeing near or far but can’t have both
I'd like to see an even more basic version. Simple off, on, and gain/sensitivity, and display brightness knobs. No illuminators, no bunch of settings, just the basics and save the money and effort normally put into all of that to preserve battery life, reduce weight, and increase resiliency.
Really nice breakdown & review. Seriously though, wonder what the ADDED COST would be for a METAL(Aluminum) housing AND a decent IP waterproof rating..? It’s most definately a winner at this price point I think. I also wonder what RUNTIME is..thanks!
Unfortunately there is no such thing as an invisible illuminator, if it emits any frequency of IR light it can be seen through the NV of someone observing you.
@@bojangles2492 THANKS for letting me know Sir. I have seen trail cameras that are less noticeable than the red leds that give their location away. Would you give up some information on them Sir ?? Peace vf
@victoryfirst2878 If you are referring to the faint red glow from the IR illuminator that is because it uses 850nm IR Led, if you get an illuminator that uses 950nm IR LEDs you won't have that red glow. The trade off is that 950nm is not as bright or effective at lightning the area.
I got a chance to look throuigh an Sionyx Opsin and Gen 3 L3 unfilmed white phosphor tube side by side. While the NVG 10 and other digital night vision are cool, they just do not compare to a true gen 3 tube. Hopeful about the future of digital NV but it's just not there yet.
Yeah I can imagine the gap is still too far between the tech. I too hope it will get closer over time but I like that at least for some with a tight budget this will give some limited but very usable capabilities in terms of night vision. Thanks for the comment! 😎👍
Whichever side is your dominant, for me my cheek weld is on my right side, and dominant eye is my right eye, but honestly trying to use this with a red dot is doable, harder with iron sights but possible. IR laser is my go to, can literally just fire from the hip at that point and be on target but red dot would be good if you're trying to avoid using a IR laser.
I don't think they are out yet but I've run across pages online covering the most recent cmos cameras and they are literally VERY close to Gen 3 in low light capability (with color). I imagine they will end up appearing in high end Sionyx digital nvgs first (and be expensive).
Thats amazing! I believe my first experience with CMOS sensors was on a old Canon XHA1S and that was a loooooong time ago so I can imagine how much better the tech has gotten since then. I’ll have to do some research, you’ve piqued my interest for sure! 😎👍
@@JF6798 Well, yeah. It won't be inexpensive for a WHILE if it really is as good (or nearly so) to gen 3. Like the Psionic Opsin is pretty good but expensive to the point that for just a little more you can get a PVS-14.
i bet the sionyx tripod mount to picatinny adapter would work on this. how would it handle recoil? i have no idea. also, you can buy a 980nm flashlight filter. digital nv can see 980nm, but analog cannot very well(photonis is a little better).

According to some of the other comments, it would be like looking at the sun, just a big ass beaming white light, lol. I don't have PVS-14s thought so I'm not sure. Would be an interesting video if someone with them would buy a Prowl and show us how it looks from both devices when looking at the other one while running an IR laser or external IR light device like a PEQ
Haha, hey I say there's still nothing wrong with the swift! I still have mine and also my nightfox Red, its just nice to have different options for different results now. 😎👍
Maybe worth it as a spare set but with how it looked, the light sensitivity just isint there so good luck if you’re avoiding other people night vision because it seems like you won’t see without your IR lights on. Also looked like pretty high latency so moving is going to be difficult
I haven’t had a chance to grab the swift 2 or pro so I’m not sure but I’d imagine it’s similar and using the same sensors/feautes just in a different housing/screen
I'm not sure, I know there is the swift 2 and the swift 2 pro, so my guess is the swift 2 pro and the prowl should be similarly priced but idk why there is a price difference. I have not had time with the Swift 2 or Pro yet.
I haven’t had a change to use the nvg10 so I can’t really make a recommendation on one over the other. Hopefully I’ll get to try a nvg10 someday so I can compare them.
Haha yeah man it’s pretty cool I gotta say! I will take them out to some woodsy areas sometime soon and see how well they do walking around on even grounds.
See if sionyx will send you a new "opsin" to demo and review. That would be great, ive been real curious if they have latency or a lot of light wash because i do some driving/ riding under nods, its gotta be real time for me.
I’m looking for a device that can pick up starlight.....I’m not to bothered about high def but it needs to be able to capture distant stars....recording isn’t important but price is...I’ve seen outdoor security cams that are in colour but can pick up the stars very well...can anyone help please
Thanks, so only the IR illuminators are built in. The IR Laser featured in this video is a stand alone unit mounted to my AR, as well as a separate IR flashlight that was used in some of the shots. My follow up vid with a field test shows the differences that the external IR light and laser allow with this setup.
@@DavidSchwartzjr So, I can understand this more comprehensively, You don't need anything additional, but it helps as shown in your comparison. NVG's are the one item I know the least about. I have 2 PC's, Suppressors, SBR'S, and had a legal select fire for a bit. I know the military Nodz setups are elite, but also $20K. I'm a civy. I don't need $20K NVG. The cheapest intro I've ever seen was $6K for a Monical, mount and a Peq of some type. I know thats not this, but for the price I'm going to try it. What extra accessories do you have helping it achieve its potential? Brands and part #'s if your able. This was a timely video for me!
Only if there is no light/low light using the image sensor only. If you have IR lights on (internal or external) I’ve noticed no delay between the screen or real time. Similar to if you were walking around with your phone on camera mode
@@daveh6424 so when in bright surroundings, you look through your cell phone on the video setting, there is a delay between movement on your screen versus real time? Weird, all my cameras and phones are so fast it’s not even visible to the naked eye. I guess you have been blessed with superhuman vision. 😅
Not at all times, you can choose when you want the IR lights to be on. IR0 still allows you to see other IR sources without putting an IR flood out directly from the device.
People talk about lag time, how come none of these units use the same camera systems as used in the fpv racing drones? Lenses aside drone racing have no lag so it is possible, is it a matter of price? Cameras with faster refresh rates are more expensive? Is it a way to keep the poors at a disadvantage vs a military with access to pvs14 and better nvgs?
That’s actually a really great suggestion for Nightfox. Strangely, the adjustable rail arm mounts are machined from metal but the dovetail is hard abs plastic. I agree a metal one would be ideal since it could be the Achilles heel of the design.
I can't really make the recommendation over one since I have not used the Swift 2 Pro, yet. From having used the original Swift and the Red, I would lean towards this one just for the fact you keep one side of your face open to peripheral vision and to quickly shift from NV to ambient vision in case you're walking up/through rough and uneven terrain.
Modern digital can be astinishingly good.. As Shown in Hikmicro Habrok HQ35LN device. Near Range digital visibility even with only Star lights. But at the moment you dont get this New gen cmos Chips in 1x NVG 's

Thanks for the comment and yup, its always good to have options at various price points. I just dropped a video on a full color NVG setup using A.I., but it is not a monocular device. That said, it is really impressive to see what is being offered at the $200 range. I think its the future of affordable NVGs. Cheers!
Nothing digital will compare with even a blenished, green gen 2 tube. But I am ery curious about the new offering from Sionyx "opsin' as it could be the first to meet that bill. Bit i doubt it would compete with comparably priced optics with a gen 3 tube or two.
I had a product of theirs in the same category. Failed within 8 months with minimal use. Ok they sent me a new, unit, great. But the new unit failed within 1 month after 1 use.
so no passive at all? review after review never talks about that. just how far the non visible lights work. my camera has a night shot ability that does this.
I ended up buying a MDT ELITE MUZZLE BRAKE but i modified it. I drilled 2 holes in the top to stop the muzzle rise. The brake felt great but there was some muzzle rise that i didn't like. I in no way mean this in a negative way but I like the way the title of this video and the actual content clash kind of puts me off the video. (I still watched the entire thing and thought it was really good for someone who is actively looking for digital night vision) in the video you talk about resolution and pixels but for someone who wants to get into night vision that probably doesn’t mean a whole lot (for me it doesn’t anyway) I went into this video hoping you might talk about latency I was glad you mentioned the fact that you could turn off the ir light and just use weapons lights.. I was hoping to see how well you can actually move around and track things as they move around you.. not as much about what kind of ports it has..
Yes, this was more of an unboxing and going over the specs but I will do an in depth video soon showing the screen resolution and motion delay/lag in the various settings outdoors in woods/field surroundings. The tl;dnr is with more IR/ambient light the motion is much smoother and clearer. With less the sensor compensates by increasing iso rating and frame rate drops producing some noticeable lag and grainy image. Stay tuned please for that vid!
I understand, I should have put in more clips showing it in action but I’m saving that for when I do actual testing out in the woods and open fields. A good example of the difference is the laggy spots are when there is no IR light source like at 1:50 with just the IR laser and the sensor compensating for lack of light, compared to when there is an IR flashlight on at 5:01 (no lag) or 8:24
@@DavidSchwartzjr I caught a few of those. Thanks for the time stamps. I'll go back and check them out again. I will be looking forward to your in depth review video. Thanks for checking out stuff for us.

I was waiting for months to see if this would be better than my top pick for digital night vision brands but it seemed to be more expensive and still inferior to what I am using right now. I am using a 1080p resolution monocular with a circular screen display like the pvs14 and has a good smooth refresh rate and it uses an integrated VCSEL (laser) IR illuminator, which is zoomable, instead of an LED IR illuminator. And it only costs 82 dollars here in my country. Not to mention it is also water resistant unlike this unit. Thank god thats the case or I would be jealous of this 😅

Where can you buy it?
Thank you for actually looking into the device so we get a first person view. 👍🏻🍻
No problem! 👍 I've been sidetracked with some other content lately but I do plan to record an update later this month just showing the device after a firmware update and my thoughts after spending some time with the unit. 😎👍🍻
@@DavidSchwartzjrIt looks like you get a complete round view from the impression I get in this video ,but in other videos the view is rectangular.
Thanks for answering my #1 question of if you can double up on them for '3d' vision.
Definitely! I’m gonna try to get the mount and another one of these sometime so I can try it out for myself. Thanks for checking out the review! 😎👍

Looking forward to it.

Quick question
The battery, can a spare be brought
After market?
From FOX company?
I’ve used Military (monocle) Nogges in not very favorable conditions.
I believe a lot of people don’t realize or won’t except that this is the alt!
A drawn out engagement, room clearing with these I wouldn’t recommend.
A look out the window, down a hallway, up a flight of steps, hunt invasive species (legally 😂😂😂)yes. Why not!
With these I would say best bet if time allows .
Secure the family
Get tight for the fight.
Defend your home ,yourself and your family
Keep up the Vids there great!

Woah, wasn’t expecting to see you in MY comments section, Mike! You just made my day 😎🙌
940nm only, and an excellent weapons-mounted 940nm light.
You have just gained a new subscriber. Thank you for the fantastic content.

Thank you for this review
Would be interested in learning if its more light sensitive than the NVG10.
If I can get my hands on a NVG10 I’d love to test that out for sure!
OUTSTANDING!!
I gotta have this. Yup...done deal.
I would like to see what this looks like on a walk through the trees. Can it see beyond trees or will the IR wash out the depth beyond obstacles?
Great suggestion, I do have plans to get some real outdoor footage in wooded areas and open fields, as well as indoors CQB distance, to showcase just that so I’m hoping to get that done soon (maybe after Thanksgiving or next month). 😎👍
@AboveAverageMan97 also a good question
No illuminators, no bunch of settings, just the basics and save the money and effort normally put into all of that to preserve battery life, reduce weight, and increase resiliency.
agreed, all the extra stuff seems pretty gimmicky and unessecary. Having a slim housing and an external illuminator on a helmet seems better
The problem with that is the cost savings will not be enough to justify it. The cost is in the delivery of the unit, not its features.
Yep, metal shell, no recording, no mic, no menus.
For shtf you'll want some thermals. Thermals are completely passive and don't give any signatures.
If my aurora black ever bites the dust for any reason I will snag 1 of these to replace it.
Really nice breakdown & review. Seriously though, wonder what the ADDED COST would be for a METAL(Aluminum) housing AND a decent IP waterproof rating..? It’s most definately a winner at this price point I think. I also wonder what RUNTIME is..thanks!
I'm always impressed by my cat's night vision...
Haha yeah man I believe it! Their nv is next level 😹
Can you use non visible illuminator to keep your location secret David ?? Thanks
The price is just great fella.
digital night vision can see 980nm, where analog really cant.
250 bucks to 3-10k😭
Which side would I want to look out if I was trying to look through a red dot scope on rifle?
Whichever side is your dominant, for me my cheek weld is on my right side, and dominant eye is my right eye, but honestly trying to use this with a red dot is doable, harder with iron sights but possible. IR laser is my go to, can literally just fire from the hip at that point and be on target but red dot would be good if you're trying to avoid using a IR laser.
Can two be used as a side-by-side setup?...Never mind you answered my question.
No problem, sorry it took me a while to get back to your comment. Cheers! 😎👍🍻
@@DavidSchwartzjr No problem🤜🤛
I don't think they are out yet but I've run across pages online covering the most recent cmos cameras and they are literally VERY close to Gen 3 in low light capability (with color). I imagine they will end up appearing in high end Sionyx digital nvgs first (and be expensive).
Thats amazing! I believe my first experience with CMOS sensors was on a old Canon XHA1S and that was a loooooong time ago so I can imagine how much better the tech has gotten since then. I’ll have to do some research, you’ve piqued my interest for sure! 😎👍
look up the x27 camera sensor if you wanna shit bricks.
meh. Im skeptical that it will be cheaper or actually helmet mountable with any decent battery life / weight
@@JF6798 Well, yeah. It won't be inexpensive for a WHILE if it really is as good (or nearly so) to gen 3. Like the Psionic Opsin is pretty good but expensive to the point that for just a little more you can get a PVS-14.
oh its you hey man whats up from techs server
i bet the sionyx tripod mount to picatinny adapter would work on this. how would it handle recoil? i have no idea. also, you can buy a 980nm flashlight filter. digital nv can see 980nm, but analog cannot very well(photonis is a little better).
I'd be interested to see that setup and how this would hold up to recoil as well!
bought one and returned it very poor picture quality, here is what NF Customer said
Thank you for getting in touch and for your order of the Prowl. Unfortunately the Prowls screen is lower res than lots of our other devices, a higher res screen is what we are working on for a future device. There isn't anything we can do to improve that unfortunately, I would suggest using whichever returns process you are able to depending on where you purchased the item. If you are not sure, please let me know where you purchased it from and I will provide further assistance.

Can we get more on hands on the field follow up video with this? Looks nice would love to see the green phosphor on 850 and 940 also one with no IR. Thank you for the awesome video!
Thanks! Yes, I definitely have plans to do some test footage of this out in wooded areas and open fields, as well as some indoor CQB style footage, to showcase its abilities in both 850 and 940 in both bAW and the green filter. Hoping after thanksgiving or early Dec! 😎👍
@@DavidSchwartzjr Had to watch it again - at 5:00 mark what settings did you use on the green phosphor seemed very smooth movement?
Not water prof ? It it usable in the rain ?
The prowl is rated as IP54, so light splashes wouldn't be an issue but any type of prolonged and heavy rain I'd advise against.
But.. can u put 2 together?
Yep, they sell a bridge mount for putting two together. 😎👍
Awesome vid!
Glad you enjoyed it bro! 😎👍
What does someone look like running these when you look at them with say pvs-14's?
According to some of the other comments, it would be like looking at the sun, just a big ass beaming white light, lol. I don't have PVS-14s thought so I'm not sure. Would be an interesting video if someone with them would buy a Prowl and show us how it looks from both devices when looking at the other one while running an IR laser or external IR light device like a PEQ
I'm still rocking nightfox swifts so I'm definitely looking into these 😅
Haha, hey I say there's still nothing wrong with the swift! I still have mine and also my nightfox Red, its just nice to have different options for different results now. 😎👍
So this vs the swift 2 pro, is there any differences different to there being two tube's?
How does this compare to the NVG10?
I can't say, unfortunately, as I have no experience with the NVG10 yet. Hopefully someday I'll be able to check it out and do a comparison vid.
Great video, might pick one up based on your info.
Thanks! Planning to do an upcoming video soon showing it in action in woods/field settings as well. 😎👍
Maybe worth it as a spare set but with how it looked, the light sensitivity just isint there so good luck if you’re avoiding other people night vision because it seems like you won’t see without your IR lights on. Also looked like pretty high latency so moving is going to be difficult
How does it compare to the swift 2?
I haven’t had a chance to grab the swift 2 or pro so I’m not sure but I’d imagine it’s similar and using the same sensors/feautes just in a different housing/screen
I see the Prowl is slightly more expensive than the swift 2. Why?
I'm not sure, I know there is the swift 2 and the swift 2 pro, so my guess is the swift 2 pro and the prowl should be similarly priced but idk why there is a price difference. I have not had time with the Swift 2 or Pro yet.
Looks really cool
You ought to review the new NVG30.
They hit me up and I responded to their email so we will see if it arrives! Cheers!
looks huge
I'm not sure how the dimensions compare with the PVS but this one is pretty light, does have some bulk to it though
Time to get a new goggle for Scorpion hunting.
Scorpion hunting sounds like a very cool thing to do! Hoping that this device helps out! 😎👍🍻
Should I get this or the nvg10?
I haven’t had a change to use the nvg10 so I can’t really make a recommendation on one over the other. Hopefully I’ll get to try a nvg10 someday so I can compare them.
Any recommendations on a dual tube mount for this if I wanted to try and mount 2 of these??
This company says this is for airsoft. My question is would the glass be resistant to pellets up to 500fps? I'd hate to lose a unit from airsoft shots
Let me reach out to them and see what answer I can get for you soon. I’ll update here once I hear back from them. 😎👍
Nightfox is a UK company IIRC. But what country are the products made in?
Schwartz Swats Corporation 😊 looks like a toy to use in pitch black nights. I'd rock it like a geek 🤓
Haha yeah man it’s pretty cool I gotta say! I will take them out to some woodsy areas sometime soon and see how well they do walking around on even grounds.
Where do yaget the fast helmet..
See if sionyx will send you a new "opsin" to demo and review. That would be great, ive been real curious if they have latency or a lot of light wash because i do some driving/ riding under nods, its gotta be real time for me.
I’m guessing by January someone will have a dual bridge
Maybe sooner, they already have the bridge rail available: us.nightfoxstore.com/products/nightfox-prowl-dual-mounting-rail
I’m looking for a device that can pick up starlight.....I’m not to bothered about high def but it needs to be able to capture distant stars....recording isn’t important but price is...I’ve seen outdoor security cams that are in colour but can pick up the stars very well...can anyone help please
strictly for observation, you can clearly see the low latency. for moving you need something at 60fps this barely looks like 30fps
Can you charge it with a battery back also?
I have been looking into a way to mount two of those and can’t find an adapter that can hold both
Can anyone help ?
Please show us some waterproof budget nvg options
Please try it on a field with no lights
Cool review. So everything is built in? No PEQ needed?
Is there any lag or delay in the picture?
This any good for viewing stars?
Is there a image delay at all?
Only if there is no light/low light using the image sensor only. If you have IR lights on (internal or external) I’ve noticed no delay between the screen or real time. Similar to if you were walking around with your phone on camera mode
@@daveh6424 so when in bright surroundings, you look through your cell phone on the video setting, there is a delay between movement on your screen versus real time? Weird, all my cameras and phones are so fast it’s not even visible to the naked eye. I guess you have been blessed with superhuman vision. 😅
Lol the intro😅😅😅 nice video bud
Haha, thanks man! I tried to do something "cool" looking 😅
how is the delay? i plan on buying one for airsoft but dont know if i should go with this of the nvg30
So this has an IR flood at all times?
Not at all times, you can choose when you want the IR lights to be on. IR0 still allows you to see other IR sources without putting an IR flood out directly from the device.
@@DavidSchwartzjr awesome. Thanks for the response.
The lower the refresh rate the higher the brightness. Low light cameras achieve the exposure they have by sacrificing refresh rate.
The plastic arm looks like it will break with any serious use. I wonder if you could 3d metal print a replacement
That’s actually a really great suggestion for Nightfox. Strangely, the adjustable rail arm mounts are machined from metal but the dovetail is hard abs plastic. I agree a metal one would be ideal since it could be the Achilles heel of the design.
Currently $30 off on amazon
This or Swift 2 Pro?
I can't really make the recommendation over one since I have not used the Swift 2 Pro, yet. From having used the original Swift and the Red, I would lean towards this one just for the fact you keep one side of your face open to peripheral vision and to quickly shift from NV to ambient vision in case you're walking up/through rough and uneven terrain.
Modern digital can be astinishingly good..
As Shown in Hikmicro Habrok HQ35LN device.
Near Range digital visibility even with only Star lights.
But at the moment you dont get this New gen cmos Chips in 1x NVG 's
Would you reccmmend this over the NVG10..?
Ive been testing the NVG10 for about 2 weeks now; extremely durable; and waterproof. Even dropped a few times; works great!
NOT FOR….. EMERGENCY Purposes!!!!!! (Due to lag) As well as another few…. Character flaws.
Was wondering how you might compare this to the NVG 10….?

Every review I've seen of these are always in a well lit neighborhood. Are these people afraid of the dark? Send me a pair and I will test them in the forest 😂
Lmao I feel you, but in my case I wanted to get my review out asap. I’ll be out in the woods and some open fields without city lights soon. I triple dog dare you to subscribe and see what’s up in a few weeks when that update vid drops. 😅👍
in your video you said you can buy another mount and run 2 units at once..... you have to do that!!!!
Haha yup! It’s definitely something I plan to do some day in the future for sure! 😎👍
Thanks for showing poor people they can still be in the game 👍using not gen 3 but what did u do without them lol
I got the SIONYX OPSIN, but that’s still 2k

@@DavidSchwartzjr Can't wait to see more reviews, but most importantly to actually get it! It looks like the best commercial digital NVG out right now
so no passive at all? review after review never talks about that. just how far the non visible lights work. my camera has a night shot ability that does this.

Hey, thanks for that! Yes, I have seen his videos pop up a lot in the past haha. I never got into crypto, but it's really cool to share the same name with a famous bitcoin trailblazer! I appreciate the support! 😎👍
I watched the whole video to see what kind of motion delay or lag it had, and you didn't even mention it
Yes, this was more of an unboxing and going over the specs but I will do an in depth video soon showing the screen resolution and motion delay/lag in the various settings outdoors in woods/field surroundings. The tl;dnr is with more IR/ambient light the motion is much smoother and clearer. With less the sensor compensates by increasing iso rating and frame rate drops producing some noticeable lag and grainy image. Stay tuned please for that vid!
From your video, the lag looks substantial. I'll skip it this round.
