Olukais are the way to go. Wore reefs for 20 years and bought a pair of Olukais 2 years ago. Nvr buy anything else again. Great video! I think the Olukai is a perfect choice. But yes, wear the cheap one to the beach. Thanks! All your videos are fabulous! We can't wait to move to Hawaii!
I switched to OluKai slippers a while back, and man, are my feet happy that I did. I need a lot of support, plus I have wide feet, and no other slippers I've tried do me right like my OluKais. I'm in a pair all day, every day (I work from home), and the foot pain I used to get after walking around in other slippers is totally gone. They're pricey, no doubt, but worth the money for me.
We call them ‘slippers’ in sunny 🇸🇬 too! From the $4 (squeaky) to $10 (firm wear), and now $28 (cushiony, ribbed sole for comfort & running errands in) 🙋🏻♀️

Best slippers I've ever put under my feet. I love my OluKai slippers. Unfortunately today on a driftwood hunting adventure on the beach after a hurricane, my beloved slippers got taxed by a tractor along with a righteous pile of driftwood.
Another convert here, @Olukai. 2 months and I don't wear any other flip flop. Wore Reef's for 13 years, several models, Lord knows how many dollars and unsatisfied. Only took two models for me. The Olukai Kipi and the Ohana. VERY pleased! Several pairs now. Nigel from Duncan, British Columbia, Canada

Interesting review. Thanks for the info. I still have a pair of ?? I bought at HIC before I left Hawaii 30 years ago. They don't get much wear here in WA. Too wet, too cold, too whatever. I first changed to Birkenstocks which really worked well with wool socks, even in the snow. Then I got old and started throwing them off as I walked. LOL But....I am ready to buy a new pair of slippahs which I do wear occasionally. I wear Hoka One's for running and walking but I doubt I'd enjoy the "recovery" slippers. As for the OluKais, it's just like wearing dress shoes instead of sneakers. You feel more dressed up and special. So don't apologize for how you feel. I hope that feeling never goes away. Aloha.
Mahalo for sharing. I've really been considering the Hoku shoes for running. I figure I have some time before the Honolulu Marathon to break in new shoes. Currently running in Asics.
Are Reefs still good? I heard the quality has gone way down since they got bought out a few years ago. How long does a pair of Phantoms typically last if worn everyday?
@@HelloFromHawaii I ordered a pair of Phantoms shortly after your comment and man, I was sooo disappointed. You sound like you were almost guilting yourself away from the Olukai which is unfortunate because you should just do what makes you feel good. Life is too short not to. I’ve gone through many pairs including Reef, Sanuk, Cobian, Locals and Olukai. I’d say the first 3 are all pretty much in the same boat but Olukai is just better feel and in my experience last longer so factoring that into the equation makes up for some of the price difference. I tend to like the non-leather ones as they tend to be better when wet.
Basically you get what you pay for. I have a pair of Olukai that give support. Since you don't go to the beach anyway, then don't worry about wearing your Olukai on a daily basis except when it rains.
@BJ I am just going by what it says on the website. BUT like I said 👆 I wouldn’t go dunking them in water. Light exposure to water is fine with these. I have these, so I know.

Happy feet are happy knees and a happy back…but I always have a spare slippahs or locals when I know I’ll have to leave them somewhere. Who knew that I’d watch and enjoy an 18 min video about slippers? 🤙🏽
Glad you watched the entire video. I made this video not so much as a review, but more just to share my discovery since I was genuinely curious which slipper was best for me. Gotta love the Reef slippers, but the OluKai surprised me.
Olukai all the way. I thought I lost my mind dropping $50 at the NEX, but I have flat feet and normally can’t wear slippers for extended walks. When I put the Ho‘opio Olukais on for the first time, it was more comfortable than any other slippers I have ever worn. I was also able to convince myself that they were “nice” enough to wear practically everywhere.
Thanks for making this, I have never thought of a different slippah because I have been wearing Scott's for 30 years. Never heard of Reef's before, so I might have to look into it next time I shop. For me, it's about what can you afford. When I was a kid, we could only afford the basic Zori. You know the blue one that is way thinner than the Local's and the front part would come off after a month and you would put a stick through it to make it last another month. I would think because the OluKai is leather, it wouldn't do good after going through water. Not to mention that thing cost twice as much as the shoes I buy. You forgot to test the aerodynamics of the slippahs, you were supposed to put it on your hands and then run.
The Reefs have always been great. I was surprised by the OluKai pair. The leather is waterproof so it was good after getting wet. I was going to test the aerodynamics, but more in a throwing test. Decided it was best not to throw slippers randomly at the park. 😆
Rainbow’s leather sandals are the ultimate flip-flop style sandal. One pair will last many years & will break-in to be the most comfortable pair you’ve ever worn. Now, I didn’t share this info with you.
I used to wear Reefs and they're still very good. Even though my entire family wore Olukai I stuck to Reef or Cobian, and every time I tried Olukai the arches were way too high for me. I finally gave them a try and suffered for it. It took about a day and a half to break in or get used to and but they became my favorites. The quality is excellent and they somehow look almost new after about 4 years. I have Olukai Olu'meas also which are all leather and flatter arches. Be aware of the ones like yours where the straps come from the sides instead of the tops, because they're way more forgiving to flatter and wider feet. Excellent customer service too.
Olukai's are a joke for da islands, the glue they use do not hold up! Everything starts to delaminate and fall apart after a few months. For the price they charge, they should include a tube of shoe glue because you'll need them. Thin slippahs are ok for walking sidewalks in Oahu, but not so fun when you step on a Kiawe.
For me It's Islander slippers from the Philippines as it can last longer than any other brand. It's so versatile, you can use it on land, beaches, cracked surfaces and even climb trees with it.
This is me with Luna sandals, but specifically the ones with repurposed tire tread for outsoles. I just wish they weren't so f*cking expensive, even if mine have lasted most of a decade with little noticeable wear. (Technically they're not flip-flops, but they feel like flip-flops with a bonus heel strap so I still consider them mostly related.)
I remember the first time I spent $100. For shoes…then before I knew it I was dropping $400. On shoes and another $25. For shoe trees fine polish with tax $$$ 🙄. It’s great being retired in Hawaii. With slippers and a pedicure 😇🤙🏽
lol. Yeah, this was the most I spent on slippers. But well worth the knowledge of testing them out and finally knowing what's best for me. Sounds a lot like camera gear. Prices start out low, but slowly grow over time.
I'm gonna say, best cheap slippers = Locals. Best high quality slippers = Rainbow. Best "technical" like hiking, climbing around a lot of stuff - Tevas.
I went with Oofos I went through 2 different pair …comfortable for me …. Might be the way I walk . I walk a lot; several miles at a time … I wore a hole in each pair the slipper
Also have a pair of Oofos we bought on the Big Island - so very comfortable but can be a little slippery but then we don't go on extreme hikes with them. We always bring them back with us whenever we visit the islands! We had Chacos before that but I kept getting blisters on the side of my foot (so I had to break in my foot every time I wore it). Will try out the Olukai after we wear out the Oofos! Thanks for the review. I am always looking for slippahs that approximate being bare foot from when we were kids! Mahalo, aloha and a hui hou!
Scott’s are known on my home island for their amazing durability. There’s a saying that they last a lifetime, but unfortunately the locals tend to lose em before they get to test that theory out lol. I have a friend who has not changed their pair of Scott’s in 12 years.
Good Afternoon!!! 😎👍🏼 I liked your video on slippers. I grew up in Brazil, and I used Havaiana 24/7 … 😜 hahaha 🤣 I suggest you try OOFOS. I have a pair of OOFOS slide (not thongs style). I absolutely love them. I have my own business and I wear it all day long. Regarding HOKA, I never try their slippers, yet I owned their shoes, and they are Awesome!! 🎉👍⚽
What you said about the Olukai, I feel you. The humble part of you can't justify how it makes you feel for the price. But it's nice to have a few qualityi things that make you feel good.
I’ve had my pair for 10 years now (the fully leather wrapped version). So for me they have definitely been cost effective at the $80 price point I got them for compared to buying a $20 pair that I lose/break the toe strap/wear out every couple of years.
I loved your review and decided to subscribe. I live in Washington state, where it is generally wet. I currently wear a pair of durable Nike slippers that I bought several years ago. I used to wear Scott's, because of the arch support. I tried Island Slippers, but they were clunky and heavy.
I moved from the Caribbean to London. We get about 1-2 months maybe where I can wear slippers from sun up to sun down, and I max it out! (I miss boardshorts too 😞)
Olukai’s are so good, lol, but you’re right I just bought the $120 leather pair and I don’t want to break them in at the beach just yet. I’ll use my old pair for that.
Scotts are the best ones. They are bit heavier because they will last 5X longer. Duh.... They are heavier because they are Quality... if you want a quality slipper go for scotts. Then you only gotta buy one slipper...not 3 or 4 different ones. Locals are pure junk. Reefs are a scott knock off. But scotts are better, and are the same price. I wore all those brands, nothing wrose than wearing the local brand and having it break... time to bust out the scotts and toss the locals. I've taken mine everywhere and no one has stolen them yet.
Mine was Locals(black) from Long’s for a long time. The reasons were about the same. They were cheap, and I don’t need to worry if I left them on the beach. BTW, I call them Zoris, not slippahs. Maybe too old timers 😆
@@HelloFromHawaii Zoris n black, brown or blue was da only kine slippahs dey had back in da day wen still had some sugar plantations left. You'd buy em at any Mom and Pop store wen you needed new ones usually cuz da kine in da front would pop out after wearing dem plenny 😜
Any of them made in Hawaii? I was in Oahu and my trail sandals started chafing my ankles and heels so i bought some Olukai slippers despite the cost. I thought they were a Hawaiian company which made me felt better buying something local but in turns out they are not? They’re great sandals though.
Reef and Olukai are definitely the best, but i always have the problem of reefs starting to stink more if I dont give them time to dry off and wear them again wet as they start to wear out. Im wondering how the leather olukai's do with water. They advertise as being waterproof/water friendly but I have a hard time believing that any leather sandal would be waterproof. I also like crocs sneakers but definitely not their slippers, they melt and shrink in the sun way easier than any others
Want to see you try rainbows from southern California they are the most comfortable they mold to your feel like Birkenstocks. I’ve got the double layer and the ones that are made in calfornia
I have Olukai i think they have different styles. Mine were Olukai Ohana $70.00 i got um from Norstroms and i have never been back to any other brand or rubber slippers. Plus years ago back my heels would hurt so i went to c a foot doc & he said the worst thing to wear on ur feet r those flat rubber slippers which we all grew up using. Doc said our feet r not shaped flat which rubber slippers r. Thats when i changed to better quality slippers & has made a big difference.
Slippers are what we wear inside on the mainland with pjs. “Flip flops” are not worn inside in Hawaii. So that part is so confusing. Tongs is another name for flip flops. Reef’s are great. Don’t hurt toes. Last for years. They don’t break through the bottom of the shoe making them useless, well constructed. Course I only wear them 16 weeks a year. 🤔
I was looking forward to picking up a pair of Scott’s during my trip to Hawaii but it doesn’t look like they sell them at Walmart anymore. I need the rubber cross textured top surface to grip the bottom of my foot because I walk in water a lot. I had a pair of Tevas like that but they don’t make them anymore. Another leather slipper I’d recommend are the Rainbows made in Southern California. I really like them a lot when I’m doing non-water activities.
OluKai are "dress" slippers. You can wear them to Merriman's with your Tori Richards aloha shirt. Island Slippers makes suede slippers for $115, $150 here in Tokyo. I usually wear Locals for all the reasons stated, and they fit perfectly, flush with my toes and heel. The only problem is wet floors when it rains, which can be deadly in supermarkets.
For anyone looking at Olukais. I got a pair in 2013 and wore them every warm day for the last 10 years. I just went in the closet to get them and the toe part FINALLY broke. 10 years!!! I’m ordering new one asap!
I have been wearing Scott Hawaii slippers for 40 years. I recommend them. I do not notice the weight. No problem if they get wet. Very durable. My 87 year old mom still wears Locals. I may have to try those OluKai slippers.
Bro your review is so so accurate, I had reef for ages and they do have a smell issue and they slide when wet. Now about the Hoka, i had the old recovery model and it was tight on the foot, extremely comfortable and i loved wearing them so so much until they broke. Today i got a new pair of this new model and i was very disappointed, i felt exactly what you described, they made a bad model, i don't get it how such a good company can "upgrade" such a perfect model and ruin it so much. It doesn't lock your foot, It's too loose. I'm going to a shoe maker maybe he can sort it out somehow... Such a shame. You can still find the old Hoka ora recovery flip flop on ebay, but it's very hard to find. I would even pay more to have these pair again. Great and honest review!
I have worn the Reef Fanning’s for over 10 year now and I really like them. I was looking at a pair of the Olukai Tuahine’s just wondering if they run the same size wise as reefs. I wear an 11 in Reefs should I order the same size in the Olukai’s? How are the Olukais for all day comfort versus the Reefs?
My OluKai’s are deadly slippery when wet which kind of defeats the purpose of a slipper. If I can’t wear them when they’re wet, they’re pretty useless. Duper disappointed with my OluKai’s. 😢
If your reefs smell from being wet, go to the beach and rinse them in the salt water and scrub them in the sand for 10 seconds. Gets rid of the smell immediately.
I have beach slippers and everyday slippers. Beach slippers are havaianas because they have loads of colors. I have several everyday slippers that are leather made from France and Italy. Don't feel bad about buying your leather slippers, if it feels good in it why not? Also, kid times in the 90s, I used whatever HIC sold.
@@HelloFromHawaii No can. One time I asked the same question to the sales person, she gave me that "faka no, you crazy" look. Of course she didn't say that, but same thing. 😂
LOL! Looks like you made good choices. I have to say, I wore my Chacos almost constantly when I lived in Hawaii. More of a sandal than a slipper, though, but it gets wet and dries out, no problem. I do want to ask, how does the leather on the OluKai ones hold up to getting wet? Windward, my sandals got wet every single day. Plus, nice to know your name. Not sure I did, before this.
The OluKai model is waterproof and dries off. I had to double-check before walking in the water because I didn't want to worry about walking in the rain.
Aloha bro, lived there for a few years, wagons instead of shopping carts is another awesome thing to say on the mainland. Ppl look at u funny. Honu(turtle) is one ive thought my kids(2,3). Keep it bro. Mahalo
Team Scott all the way. I admittedly haven't tried the other slippers (other than Local's from kid days) because once I bought my first pair of Scott's over 20 years ago I never bought anything else. They are comfortable and last forever. Even when they start to look faded and a little tattered they still last for years and work good.
Thanks for the video. wound up picking up a pair of Olukai today. Still not sure if they are more comfortable than my other slippahs but they really make me feel good about myself.
First off, I was born and raise in Hawaii and was always the 'cheap kine slippah' user. But I will probably never buy the Locals ever again. Mainly because I have luau feet. You people with wide feet know what I'm talking about, da baby toe stay hanging off da side of da slippah, all da time! My choices of wide slippers are limited compared to most people. When Slipper House was still around, I bought a very expensive pair of slippers that were made of leather and they lasted around 20 years. Very wide and had really good arch support. That is the reason I will never get da cheap kine again. An added benefit was that those slippers still had grip even on wet concrete. BTW, I'm a Teva devotee now. Wide, arch support, no slip, and very long lasting. I'm curious, anybody out there old enough to remember da kamaboko slippahs? Do they even make those anymore?
@@HelloFromHawaii The Hoku would probably fit me better if they are wide and made for thicker feet. BTW, my cousin called our wide feet the Miyashiro Curse.
Its a great video. Practical and hilarious. I love the 'feel good slippers', the Cadillac slipper when you want to feel good and impressive the neighbors at a Pot Luck at their house, unless you're worried...who the bugga that stole my slippers, especially going Open House looking and finding your slippers gone. At that point, take the Locals. I'm surprised that you didn't have the running challenge to them. In the old prehistoric days of barefoot running in the neighborhood, it wasn't uncommon to play basketball in rubber slippers on a hot summer day. How do these ones handle the court dry, wet playing. I remember many a day, there was a pickup game and nobody had shoes and playing on hot court was pretty challenging. One thing I would mention that as we age, we do have greater foot problems, like needing more arch support, which these days, if I know I'm doing extensive walking, locals basic doesn't have the arch support, that's why the more expensive ones if they fit your foot, but check with your doctor on that. Last thought, enjoy your slippers while you can, cheap/middle/high end, over time, you never know when the slipper breaks on you at the worst time at the hottest time of the day and the farthest from any place selling slippers. It might be your slippers giving you payback for not appreciating them and committing slippa suicide to remind us how dependent we are on them.
If you have recommendations for good slippers, please let me know. Always on the lookout for a good all-day slipper. 🤙

Didn't know they sold them at NEX. Tax free 😆
@@HelloFromHawaii What model of Olukai would you recommend? I'm fine with paying whatever
You feel good wearing the Olukai’s because you can feel and see the quality and craftsmanship.
Ae, Zoris 🤣🤣🤣
@@evalina98000 Chamorro?
OluKais are the best slippers hands down. I’ve been wearing them for almost 8 years. It’s worth the money and I would never go back to others.
Great choice Chris. My top 3 too. I leave the Olukai in the car and wear my locals to the beach. Lol 👍🤙
🤙
Olukai's are a joke for da islands, the glue they use do not hold up! Everything starts to delaminate and fall apart after a few months. For the price they charge, they should include a tube of shoe glue because you'll need them.
Thin slippahs are ok for walking sidewalks in Oahu, but not so fun when you step on a Kiawe.
My slippers from Olukai are still holding up. Maybe you got a bad pair.
Rainbow. Extremely popular in California and Florida.
🤙
I went with Oofos
I went through 2 different pair …comfortable for me …. Might be the way I walk . I walk a lot; several miles at a time … I wore a hole in each pair the slipper
Mahalo for the recommendation. I'll have to check them out.
Wea da classic "kamabko" slipahs???
Islanders grow up da Islands get wide duck feet. Triple E.
"EEE".
Cause when small kid, everybody go barefoot.
Da feet spread all out wide.
😂
in Brazil we have this brand called HAVAINAS and they are the best last for long time and are so confortable.
Scott’s are known on my home island for their amazing durability. There’s a saying that they last a lifetime, but unfortunately the locals tend to lose em before they get to test that theory out lol. I have a friend who has not changed their pair of Scott’s in 12 years.
Good Afternoon!!! 😎👍🏼
I liked your video on slippers. I grew up in Brazil, and I used Havaiana 24/7 … 😜 hahaha 🤣
I suggest you try OOFOS.
🤙
What color were the Tuahine sandals you wore in the video? Maybe Toffee or Golden Sand? Probably not Dark Wood?
Zori's? Interesting.
@@HelloFromHawaii Totally, Zori's we called them that too, when I was a kid.
Yu had kamaboko zori ?
😁
We used to call da
tatami straw ones wit da black velvet strap 'zori'
Slippers? ….slippers??? Really? Slippers are what girls wear with their pajamas and are usually fuzzy! These are Flip-Flops!
Any of them made in Hawaii? I was in Oahu and my trail sandals started chafing my ankles and heels so i bought some Olukai slippers despite the cost. I thought they were a Hawaiian company which made me felt better buying something local but in turns out they are not? They’re great sandals though.
I believe they are based on California
Locals only locals
🤙
Reef and Olukai are definitely the best, but i always have the problem of reefs starting to stink more if I dont give them time to dry off and wear them again wet as they start to wear out. Im wondering how the leather olukai's do with water. They advertise as being waterproof/water friendly but I have a hard time believing that any leather sandal would be waterproof. I also like crocs sneakers but definitely not their slippers, they melt and shrink in the sun way easier than any others
All da country locals like to wea dat kine black & brown inexpensive thin hard rubbah kine 😄
I seen some reef phantom for $19.00 on Amazon, Cobians are a little expensive, $25 to $47ish.
Only in Hawaii we get "dress" slippahs and then our everyday ones.
🤙
Want to see you try rainbows from southern California they are the most comfortable they mold to your feel like Birkenstocks. I’ve got the double layer and the ones that are made in calfornia
I like regular crocs until the Texas heat gets my feet sweating so much I'm sliding in them and can't walk anymore sooner or later.
Slippers - Indoors
Sandals/Jangles/Fip-Flop - Outdoors
Sliders - Both
I have Olukai i think they have different styles.
Mahalo for sharing. They have different styles. I wanted one that was waterproof, but also comfortable. The Tuahine ones are great.
Crocs 😳
What about Teva Mush flipflops? They last forever, light, nice fit
Don’t say flip-flop folks when in Hawaii and don’t say pop. We drink soda. 😎🌺
Also- leather slippers will break in with use and feel even more comfortable…
Slippers are what we wear inside on the mainland with pjs. “Flip flops” are not worn inside in Hawaii. So that part is so confusing. Tongs is another name for flip flops. Reef’s are great. Don’t hurt toes. Last for years. They don’t break through the bottom of the shoe making them useless, well constructed. Course I only wear them 16 weeks a year. 🤔
Yeah, we don't wear slippers/flip flops inside. I think they call them thongs in Australia?
My MIL takes off flip flops inside but does wear warm weather slippers inside. Big Island.
Im a big fan of reef slippahs. They last long and are pretty comfortable.
😆 What you said makes sense. The Olukai pair stands out and has an exclusive look. Thanks & have a happy holiday season.
🤙
I was looking forward to picking up a pair of Scott’s during my trip to Hawaii but it doesn’t look like they sell them at Walmart anymore. I need the rubber cross textured top surface to grip the bottom of my foot because I walk in water a lot. I had a pair of Tevas like that but they don’t make them anymore.
Another leather slipper I’d recommend are the Rainbows made in Southern California. I really like them a lot when I’m doing non-water activities.
I thought they still sold them at Walmart, but you have to ask for assistance to get them because they are locked up.
Man olukai are like roll Royce I wear them and feel good and even your feet's look prettier
I like my rainbows. Very comfortable for me
How can you wear leather in sea water? the leather will stink and be funky after a couple times in the water!
That's pricey for slippers. Then again, I spent over $200 on slippers for this video 😁
For anyone looking at Olukais. I got a pair in 2013 and wore them every warm day for the last 10 years. I just went in the closet to get them and the toe part FINALLY broke. 10 years!!! I’m ordering new one asap!
Im getting my partner a pair of the nice ones for her birthday. it's cheaper than an Apple TV lol
I had some reefs that had air cushions and a bottle opener underneath. Lasted a few years before the strap broke
I have been wearing Scott Hawaii slippers for 40 years. I recommend them. I do not notice the weight. No problem if they get wet. Very durable. My 87 year old mom still wears Locals. I may have to try those OluKai slippers.
That's a long time to stick with one brand. Good for you. The OluKai's are great.
Love my Scott flip flops!
My holy trinity are OluKai, Rainbow, & Reef.
Nice review those $95 slippahs are for fine dinning and churches and locals for everything else
😆 Church slippers
Mahalo for sharing your experiences. I still use the Locals, Reef, and Olukai slippers. The Hoka slippers are for work during those late nights.
HOKA ora flip most cushion and comfort
The Olukai's are Ferrari's and the Reef's are Volkswagon's. Thanks for the comparisons. Thank you!
lol. Nice analogy.
My OluKai’s are deadly slippery when wet which kind of defeats the purpose of a slipper. If I can’t wear them when they’re wet, they’re pretty useless. Duper disappointed with my OluKai’s. 😢
I got the waterproof leather ones. Still holding up good, even when wet.
If your reefs smell from being wet, go to the beach and rinse them in the salt water and scrub them in the sand for 10 seconds. Gets rid of the smell immediately.
Good tip
I have beach slippers and everyday slippers. Beach slippers are havaianas because they have loads of colors. I have several everyday slippers that are leather made from France and Italy. Don't feel bad about buying your leather slippers, if it feels good in it why not?
Also, kid times in the 90s, I used whatever HIC sold.
Mahalo for sharing. How are those leather slippers? Can get wet?
Thanks!
I just got a pair of OluKai Tuahine from S. Tokunaga store in Hilo. I wear a size 9 too. Feels awesome! 🤙😎
Same size! Hope you are enjoying them.
what is the name of reef slippers, because I don't see on their website that they cost 20-25 dollars
I believe they are called Phantoms. I just bought another one on Amazon. So comfortable.
I love The Locals. I wonder what the price is right now.
At Longs, can be had
I believe Locals are $5 regular price at Longs and Walmart. $3 on sale at Longs.
Good to know. The Scott slippers were just a little too firm for me. Solid, but I like a little flexibility.
HOKAs all day
I just broke my really really nice ones and I have some backup ones oh my God but they hurt like hell
I have three rotating slippers. My nice ones, my daily ones, and my beach ones.
Thanks for the video. wound up picking up a pair of Olukai today. Still not sure if they are more comfortable than my other slippahs but they really make me feel good about myself.
Awesome. Which ones did you get?
I come from a family of wide feet, but my feet are narrow. The Hoku slippers are pretty wide, but like I mentioned, there is a gap in the strap.
Oh man, Slipper House was the best! They had footwear for everyone in the family!
@@HelloFromHawaii The Hoku would probably fit me better if they are wide and made for thicker feet. BTW, my cousin called our wide feet the Miyashiro Curse.
My feet are too wide to fit into any of the Reefs at my local Shoe Station. Rippp. I've had to use Sanuk instead.
07:00 Isn't Scott made overseas?
Mahalo for the comment. I was going to do running and throwing tests, but I was too shame. Didn't want people to think I was crazy. 😆
Oh, well, you want the "Cadillac" slippah, you gotta get some kamaboko slippahs, "flying spark plug" brand.
Not last as long as crocs flip flops
Do crocs heat up in summer? 9:20
Awesome video Chris! You convinced me. Olukai all the way!
Glad to hear it!
