Dr. Felicia LaBoy at the Elgin History Museum

Dr. LaBoy is the Lead Pastor at First United Methodist Church in Elgin and a life coach. "Significant Black Women of the Reconstruction Era and Beyond" focused on significant black women in history that wanted to improve quality of life for all by using politics, education and activism to spread their message.
This presentation took place on Sunday, February 20th, 2022. The event was not recorded because of technical difficulty, but gratefully, Phil Broxham of Grindstone Productions was there and he put together this clip.
