Al Mouj is a nice place, its been up and running for the last 12years...anyone can live there... there is a high end section but also very reasonably priced property to rent... there are more beautiful complexes in Muscat to live though, and the very wealthy do not live in Al Mouj but instead elsewhere in other locations. For authentic local street food you need to visit the Beachfront area or the dunes at Barsha...where you can also go dune driving on rented buggies

There are actually better tryouts in Oman especially for shawarmas, grill foods and mandi. Personally don't know if it matches with Joseph's shawarma in Lebanon (previous videos) or you've tried and recorded for the upcoming videos. It's really worth a try on those streets!

I'm not sure what you mean by modern Oman....the Old Oman was much better+ im going to my old country, bc the modern Oman is a little different than it was when HIs Majesty Sultan Qaboos , who i love passed away> If Oman ever becomes anything like america, we are all in trouble. Oman needs to keep its old school looks on life. And its traditions on value in life for family. Just saying.... Ive lived here for 14 years. Now everyone has VAT and very few pay rises. Yeah nothing like it use to be.
These foreign countries the only thing that makes me so mad and upset and sad is that they don't spay and neuter their pets and that little cat was crying because it was hungry because you said it was so skinny and you could tell that's why I'm glad I live here in United States where you have to have them Spayed& Neutered! unless you do it privately they need to have a law if you get pets privately you still have to get them spayed and neutered that will slow down the population so people spay and neuter your pets especially the females because down the road it can save their life females that don't get spayed usually will get cancer in the ovaries and it's a horrible way to die.😭 I seen a cat on a cat rescue who died of cancer in the ovaries and the owner did not do anything until it was too late and she died within 2 weeks to a month and that was so heartbreaking! So please wherever you live show some love and compassion towards dogs and cats spay and neuter them save them from suffering and then the little babies suffering and dying on the streets.😠💔😿💔😭

Yemen (when the war is over) is another Jewel in the crown to be discovered.
