You are the best spokesperson Fude Beauty could ever hope for to represent their brushes. You always present a wealth of information and deliver everything so eloquently.
You are the Fude queen! I don’t think there is anyone else outside the brush makers who knows more than you do! And you have a great way of explaining things. Love you and your channel!
i watch allllll of your videos and i rarely ever comment, but i just really want to thank you for making this video. it was incredibly helpful to me and i’ve wanted to try these brushes for soooo long. 💖💖💖
I LOVE your eye look today Alicia. Very spring like. Gosh how we all long for the spring weather to arrive now! How is it in NYC? In Scotland, we are having upper 50s for highs, but around freezing for lows. Still things are beginning to finally green up and the spring flowers are beginning to open too. LOVE to collect a few Japanese eye brushes. They truly are works of art!
@@themustar601 Yes . That can happen over here as well. Apparently the north west of Scotland had the highest temp for highs in the UK yesterday. upper 60s F. But normal spring temp can be upper 40-lower 50s. Then with the climate crisis. what is normal these days?🤔
Thank You for this video it is very helpful. Can you do a video showing us the best way to apply and diffuse concealer like the difference btw brush, makeup sponge etc Thanks Girl 🙏🏼
i wish fude beauty would format their mobile site so that the word Popular wouldn’t entirely cover the thumbnail of the head of the brush. it actually dissuaded me from purchasing brushes because it was frustrating that i couldn’t see the overview. thanks so much for your videos on fude, they’re so helpful!
These are my *favourite* videos from you I think. Your in-depth knowledge, skill, and engaging friendliness make this video so much fun to watch and learn 🥰 It took me 3 days to watch it primarily because I was savouring it! Thank you, thank you for you hard work and dedication to spreading the fude knowledge 🙏🏻🥰💪🏻
Ok…you made me check out the site for the contest…and found out new Chikohudo FO brushes…placed an order. Also, in the survey mentioned that I discovered the site thanks to you!
Sorry I’m stalking some more of your Fude videos! Lol thanks to the recent Rephr sale would you prefer the 31 or the slanted BZ-2, or even the Mizuho? I already have the lotus base jumbo base, and BZ-1 thanks to your videos 🙈
Such a good detailed video Alicia and looking amazing!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩 I agree with other subscribers here, you can explain the best here about all these brushes that is so true!!!!!! Gonna look on their website soon!!! Have a great day!!!😘😘😘😘
On Beautylish's website, the Koyudo Yoshiki Y-8 brush is listed as "squirrel," but all other retailers have it listed as racoon. Is it possible that they use different hair for the Beautylish version or is "raccoon" not the kind of raccoon I'm thinking of? Or is Beautylish just not wanting to label it as raccoon? I'm very confused because I am curious to know how raccoon hair feels. lol.
How do you convert to the USD on the Fude sight? I never know how much the brushes are and I put it in mr cart but won’t check out because I’m afraid I’m going to spend hundreds of dollars
Hello, Alicia! I don’t know if you’ll see this but your link for the “best sets under $100” is divided and cannot be clicked on, thought I’d let you know :)
I went further into this on a community post, and realize that nothing is truly cruelty free. So I apologize if that was the impression you received. If it’s not made of animal products, then what about the labor conditions for humans? The term “cruelty-free” is not well defined, and heavily nuanced.
Right, the labor issue falls under “fair trade.” Cruelty-free covers the treatment of animals. I’d support fair trade too. But it doesn’t negate the idea that we shouldn’t torture animals for their fur.
@@pamelaadl9559 in the context of Japan, they feel because these animals weren’t hunted for the brushes specifically, but rather the left over fur is being used for brushes labels the practice as cruelty free. I’m not saying that’s wrong or right, but that’s the reality. The hair also comes from pest control, which is not going to stop anytime soon. Apparently, squirrels are seen as pests in different countries, and their hair is used for brush making as well.

I love my Koyudo Fu-Pa's, but those Houkodou and Mizuho foundation brushes are definitely on my wish list. 🤩

You have no idea how much I wanted a video like this one! Thank you Alicia!
Absolutely love your videos on any brushes
Could you please include synthetic brushes for those of us who don’t want natural bristles?
Sure! I can go through my collection and curate a list

Thank you, Annemarie! Sonia G provides a lot of inspiration, as I consider her to be my brush go-to expert!
@@aliciaarcher That is true dear Alicia, but here on UA-cam you are our Sonia G.!!!
Thank GOODNESS! I get hand crafted brushes, but what an investment for a non MUA! Thanks a Ton!
It is! But man is it worth it 🙆🏽♀️ Because it’s easy to say no to other brushes that just don’t fit the bill.
Sing that “cream eye shadows” to me anytime ☺️
I like those earrings. Oh Alicia is speaking fluent Japanese.
🤣 I try to practice as much as I can!

In the drop down menu with the three dashes (upper left) on the bottom of that menu you’ll see the currencies.

Hi Mariana! Thank you for letting me know!
My husband just chased around the house trying to take myvphone from me. He said no! No more brushes. Lol
You are so BEAUTIFUL
The Koyudo yoshiki is saikoho not sokoho. You wrote sokoho.
Oops, didn't know these were not vegan. I understand, but no thanks.💞
I’ll still do a synthetic brush video. Because the technology the Japanese use for their synthetic fibers is unparalleled.
This isn’t cruelty free. ☹️👎🏻
