We have an excellent teacher at our spa. He calls out how our body move in great detail and follows Yang style. A great exercise for the whole body.

I have excellent teachers at my club. But we "follow" in silence. I appreciate this teaching technique as he calls the movement by name and sometimes purpose. This is now my go to practice video. Well done Sifu. Thank you.

Excellent Sifu! I have been searching for a video like this one so I could remember this form that I did some 20 years ago and had forgotten. Your instruction is so clear, smooth, and articulate that I was able to follow it all came back quickly, like riding a bike. There are a few differences from the way I use to do it, but very minor - mainly the way we did the deflect, parry, and punch sequence, and a few other movements, but overall, very, very close. Thank you for posting this video. I subscribed as well.

It has been almost 20 years since I last did Tai Chi. I had the long form down and everything but had forgotten it all. Now this is how I remember it and it is all coming back like a speeding train thanks to you! Very grateful!

Thank you, Master Kwong! I've spent the last month and a half relearning the long form from your video, sometimes working at it a couple hours a day. It feels so good to be back into Tai Chi again! (I'm also a fan of your movies.)
