    nice, I just started learning the Yang Long Form 108 at Tacoma Tai Chi center. I take Tai Chi sword right after as well.

    The Yang form I'm learning has - differences. I assume there are many nuances and I hope I will get to the very admirable grace shown in this video.

      Vivien, you're right - there are many variations on the theme. And the various forms are still evolving. The important thing to focus on is the principles that are the foundation of all Tai Chi forms.

      One Sifu teaches 20 students. Those twenty students will teach 20 different versions 😬

      When I am outdoors in the sunshine, I face south. Indoors, the room dimensions usually dictate direction. At night, I like to face the north star.
