Damn dude, awesome videos! If you would create a complete video course on this R&B/Gospel/Neo Soul guitar style that goes into the common stuff and theory I will definitely buy it!
man I've learned so much following ur vids man thanks... can u do a lesson on licks, riffs, and passing notes between chords plz n thank u bro... if u have time
+Cody T Johnson I started out playing alto sax so I understand expression and scales bt I dnt understand completely the freedom of scales with expression on guitar its a technical issue... lol
+randy mazyck Haha it for sure takes a looong time learning to navigate scales and being able to play them freely on the fretboard. I'm still working at it all the time.
Really like this a lot, but don’t understand why you use the word “gospel voicing”?? To me they’re just beautiful jazz chords. There should be more gospel songs that utilize jazz chords. But they aren’t really gospel specific, other than you just wanting them to be...
That guitar is gorgeous.

Nice chord voicing, but horrible fingering! Switch the 2nd and 3rd fingers and it's much easier to play.
just a D major chord sounds really2 good with reverb+ chorus+ tremolo(most importantly) so save the baffling...
