The video is absolutely perfect one thing worth mentioning though, when you roll the net up make sure the line isn’t being twisted up with it otherwise it’ll be putting tension on the hook

Nice to see correct fish handling in action. Also great to see the correct process for properly zeroing the scales, the only way to be 100% accurate, none of this "take the weight of the sling away afterwards" bollox
Im a new fisher , correct me if im wrong but surely weighing the retainer when it has just been soaked will mean it will lose weight over time when the water dries out abit? Or will it not make a noticeable difference?
