    Very helpful. Thank you for the breakdown. I am wondering why you had to walk back each time to do the drill left to right instead of doing the drills in both directions. Is there a reason to walk in between each set?

      I like to have a small break with easy movement between the drills - you can walk or jog lightly.

      Keep trying. Work on stretching your quad for more knee flexibility

    thank you... any important things to remember when doing these drills to make sure that they are being done properly? I feel it is easy do drills A and C but not for me not drill B

      Just walk through them first and increase speed as able.
