Mount Batur Sunrise Hike & Coffee Plantation Bali

- Whilst in Bali I hiked to the top of Bali's 2nd highest mountain - Mount Batur for sunrise! Afterwards I visit a local coffee plantation and celebrate with far too much coffee!

Thank you so much Anita, it really was a wonderful ending. I had booked it before I left as a 'treat' for finishing my Yoga Teacher Training. I was absolutely shattered when my alarm went off though as it was the next day after graduating 😆

It really was good - even busier than the start of the PCT though! 😆
Sunrise hike followed by coffee!! And freshly roasted coffee! (I understand that's difficult to do at first, because you might overdo it and burn the coffee. I've never attempted it, plus I don't know where to get raw coffee beans, anyway.) Sounds like a great way to spend the day!
I've never attempted it either, but I don't even grind my own either which is very popular in UA-cam day in the life videos! 🤣 I need my coffee too quickly on a morning for that😆

At 7:30, how did you drink that much coffee without spontaneously combusting? I would be so wired you could run the plantation off me for a couple of days. What a beautiful place, though! I have been to Indonesia but only to Java. We did go to a volcano near Bandung, but you could drive up to the rim and then hike down into the caldera. It was a nice hike but nothing like climbing the second-highest mountain in the country. You still got it, Mary!
I didn't drink it all 😆 I ended up sharing it with someone else who was having a tasting session - but I did have a bit of trouble getting to sleep that night!

Ah! They heard Sabiá singing “laranjeira and “barranco” 🐦⬛ 🍊 Did you see my design of Minas Gerais farms at the exhibition? Aba community. A motorcyclist Gisele Favaro tested the ROYAL ENFIELD on the Estrada Real and passed close to the Mina da Passagem . You entered Mina da Passagem between Mariana and Ouro Preto and saw a Blue Lagoon? 😃 💎 And he also saw Diamantina, MG. Humm Carnival in Ouro Preto and Diamantina is a monumental energy. A lot of videos. Student republics in Ouro Preto, Oh, My God 🤪

So good! I actually don't go to coffee shops to be honest - I prefer making my own at home as so far it's the best I have had and cheaper 😉

@@MarysOutdoorAdventures yes !!!! i also like the cheaper BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY the "QUIET" cup of coffee !!!! but some places in Europe
have a ' ambience ' not common to american shops. and i dont need the wifi LOL ;) . Sooo yeah i'd b gad to have that coffee on /in your front porch :) in lieu of !! For a time i went to high school in Sicily, near Catania. At that age the shops was a world of wonder and the coffee was a real kick in the " bum "
as you would say !!!! lol.
