Window panels only fit on the full Crestone, not the sport. I have had both racks, I have the Crestone Sport currently, and Sherpa does not and will not offer the window panels for their sport model. I have reached out to the company and there are no plans to make window panels for the sport model. Bummer. Just get the regular Crestone and NOT the sport. Sport model is also kinda flimsy and needs extra braces to give it more rigidity. The original Crestone is way better.

What about mounting equipment for non-overlanding activities, such as bikes, kayak, skis?
Are the carriage bolts for this the same size as westcott designs roof rack?

Yeah the sport might save you a couple hundreds bucks but at the end of the day you might as well spend the extra for the standard Crestone.
