Here is a tip: if children feel sick on a plane give them a mint or some kind of food with mint in maybe even mint lip balm. Mint is proved to help calm down stomachs . Perfect if the little one has been sick!
Also,
If they have a cold, try eucalyptus and if they have sore ears when flying back, then give them some gum( preferably mint).
+We Are Phamily Oh and if they are crying, Just throw em out thd window. Works perfectly everytime!
+Shazia Hassan wtf
Shazia Hassan You can't open airplane windows! Also , that is just out of order , unless you are making a joke which i think you are :)
she said MINT. not Open the window

Ur correct about that the air hostesses won't give a lot of milk because my mom told me once when she was on a flight with me and my grandmother (mom's mom) I cried and cried for milk at first they gave me milk but after sometime they refused to give milk and I started crying so then there was a lady sitting next to us and she said u stay here I will make sure ur child gets milk and she went and fought with the air hostesses for them not giving me milk so what Elle said is true and I would like to thank that lady for helping complete strangers and I know she might never she this comment.

There was a WUM commercial before I started my WUM video😂😂😂
😂
Pres' was so cute when she sneezed. I love these tips and will certainly use it next time 'round. You guys have such an adorable family.
Not a mum, but a sister with lots of cousins and a little sister.
My family is Chinese but we live in New Zealand. We fly from New Zealand to Shanghai (10-11hrs) and then to Dalian (3hrs) to visit family almost every year.
We have nearly always booked night flights so that my little sister and me (when I was younger) would sleep through them. It's always worked for us, and plus, we are normally so tired that we sleep through the next flight as well.
Another tip is to try to pack all electronics, liquids, passports and everything that needs to be taken out to go through security in the same bag. This way, you only have to open and rummage through one bag which saves a lot of time.
A stroller, especially one that can fold up, is really, really useful. Some airlines will allow you to put the stroller with your luggage in the overhead bins if it's small enough.
I know that some airlines offer special kid's meals that you can pre-book. It's normally something like chicken nuggets and has a much smaller portion. You book them at the same place you book vegetarian or halal meals. We found out this by accident when the flight attendant offered my little sister one.
Also, some airlines have a special harness that attaches to a parent's seatbelt so a kid can sit on their parent's lap. It's only for kids up to 3 though. We found this out when my little sister was being fussy and refusing to sit in her own seat for landing.

I know this video was made a while ago, but I thought I would add another tip. If you are travelling with an infant your best bet is to simply purchase an extra seat and carry their car seat on board. It buckles into the seat just like it does in a car and it makes it easier so you don't have to hold them the entire flight. In fact from what I remember some airlines are requiring that you do this with small infants because it's safer.
I hope this channel exists when I’m older. THIS IS CHANNEL IS SO ADDICTING!
Our toddler group teach recommended it to us and it was awesome!! I feel like the flight attendant looked a little nervous until we cleaned it up though.
Hii Elle is my favorite mom

I never thought to get headphones! I just ordered them!
a recommendation that you didn't suggest would be to make sure to be in the airport with plenty of time. you do NOT want to feel rushed in getting to terminal.

This was the first wum video I watched in 2013!
Same I'm looking for tips for my mom this is very helpful
A lot of companies will allow families with small children to load the plane first. I find it very considerate.
Another tip is to select a really good plane for the trip planes like the 747,757 and 767 have great cabin air to keep your toddler and yourself refreshed,it also helps with brain development. And in case of the 747 the really smooth landing gear and ride through turbulence can really protect pregnant mothers
I tried over 27 videos! This one is the best!
Elle's my absolute favourite!!!💜💜💜

it’s actually quieter when you sit in the front of the plane because you are in front of the turbines

Still one of the best tips on traveling with children!
Presley looks like me when I was younger! ❤️❤️
apparently when i was 2 or 3 i couldnt fall asleep so i started screaming the ABCs and woke up everyone
my mom knocks on wood when she tells someone what she never wants to happen and stuff like that
3:46 aww I actually can’t 🥰😂😂
I just LOVE this channel
Love your videos. But, please don't suggest to people to bring nuts or peanuts as a snack on a plane. Food allergies are on the rise and if nut residue gets in the air it can send a highly allergic person into a life threatening allergic reaction. Especially because air plane air is circulated. Also, whole nuts to children under 3 is a choking hazard. NYS doesn't let it be served to children under 3 in certified childcare settings for this reason.
also would like to add that a lot of planes will not allow you to bring nuts on to the plane for this very reason, so make sure to double check to see what kind of snacks are allowed on the flight before bringing anything.
that is true. some do some don't but at the same time they sell nuts inside of the stores inside of the airport. so how can they tell you no.nuts when they sell nuts in a store in airport?
also the mom might make sure to break nuts for children.
kardancer1 oh i can't eat nuts😥
Toni Orr same but i am not deathly allicigic i can go on planes i just cant touch peanuts or eat them
I have been watching a ton a video for tips (flying with a 4 year old and two year old)....Haven't found many photos the promote car seats on flights! Having them on your lap is not the safe way to fly! and NEVER check the car seat! They put them through hell!
If I had to pay an extra thousand for my daughter to fly, I'd have to cancel the whole trip. Glad everyone else is making good money. Im seeing my family in Europe first time in 4 years and thank God that my daughter can fly for free.
My fiance and I are expecting our first child and we live in Israel but my family lives in Sweden so this tips will be really helpful for us! Thank you love your videos!! 😊❤
I have been on only 32flights.but I have been to France the most.☺
Sucking is good but my cousin is an ENT with 7 children (some of them adults now) who says you should also rub the back of their ears in the creases between their ears and their heads (and do this to yourself too), and NEVER NEVER blow your nose.
If you're traveling to japan, (bc, well, Ross) I recommend taking the front three seats in the section, if Ford is still little because some airlines (ANA) will provide baskets/cribs to connect to the wall through out the flight so your little one can sleep. Just an idea because my mom rode on their flights when I was a baby to go to Japan, #twiningwithpresley (I'm half Japanese).
Is Ross japanese?
Yeah ross is Japanese Elle said in her whatsupelle channel from her savenina video she said that Ross is from Japan
i’m 13 years old and watch this channel. AND IM PROUD
Crazy how I've been watching these at 12, still going strong watching this at 15 with no interest in having kids in the future
When a two year old has been on more flights than u
😬
Curious to know how the baby headphones worked??
There just a bit smaller than usual headphones for bigger people
+Brianna Lond they actually also have a volume maximum so they cant hurt the ears
V
They work out really well. There are a bunch of different brands, but definitely spring for the one with a volume adjustment like Monica suggested.
I should be making a video about air travel with kids. I have traveled with my kids (infant age, toddler age and preschooler) over 25 hours internationally. The most important rule with your little baby is to keep them comfortable, happy and fed. With older kids, definitely pack surprise toys (many of them) and get them excited about flying. Domestic flight is seriously a cake walk
Im a mom of 3 (2 baby girls, 1 teenage boy) and me and my husband recommend sitting as far in the middle as physically possible, its always been the best for for us and I always sit in the middle, the girls at my sides or in my hands and my husband close by with my son ☺
