Working With a Dog That's Had NO Training (When You Adopt a New Dog)

So what do you start with
in terms of dog training when you're working with a new dog? We stopped by the Humane Society today to meet up Sasha who is Henri's sister. It's our second time taking her out and she really doesn't have any dog training skills on board as yet. We've been just reinforcing and eye contact and then also reinforcing any behavior that I'd like to see more of.
