Great breakdown Frank!! 👏
Callum! Thanks so much man, your YT channel/videos on the courses were so helpful.
This was very detailed. Thank you for sharing
Glad you decided to go down this path. I'm sure you will do great and make great content from it
Thanks Nick! Guess I'll have to see what comes out of it, but excited where it goes.
I'm glad to know that you're just weeks away from obtaining your license. Your attitude regarding deciding to go for it and give it a try as well as your sense of detachment to the outcome is inspiring. My advice, once you get into the field, is to treat every day as a positive learning experience and to pay very close attention to details. I'm confident that you'll achieve success and I wish you a joyful experience! 👍
Thanks so much - I know I said this before, but I really appreciate your comments on my videos! I will take your advice and treat each day as a learning experience. Hope you're doing well too.
@@FrankHuynh Thanks, Frank! 👍

Thank you! Best of luck
I wanted to move to Canada one day and watched your vids about your job search struggles as software engineer. Being a fellow software engineer myself I had a good laugh that you ended up switching careers (I mean it in a good spirited way). Good luck in your ventures !
Thanks for watching some of my older content! Ya job searches I feel anywhere in Canada/US right now is challenging.
Great video! Looking forward to see what you can do with it!
Thanks Zack! I'm curious what/if anything comes out of it as well
Congrats on getting your license!
thank you very much!
Hey thanks man for the video.
You're welcome!
We all should know this as common knowledge , put on hands of a real state agent your investment without understand the caviats can be painful overtime.
true!
Take my advice and don't get to this idiotic profession for the following reasons: 1) it's probably the most hated field and your friend will look at you differently 2) people are pissed and the days of 2.5% commissions on multi-million dollar properties are about to end 3) we are facing a very long period of very low activity with the exception of panic movements in either direction. Learn a trade, buy a business from someone who retires, do something you can do remotely in case you have to move out from here.
The Canada we once knew, sadly is no longer.
