If you ever find yourself visiting Hungary or if you are a student in Hungary, here is a day trip idea to the charming town of Szentendre, which is around 45 minutes on the train.
You can present your BKK pass and Student ID to the representative and get a discounted ticket, or buy straight from the machine (not sure if it has the discounted ticket though).
Szentendre (or St Andrew) is small so do not expect to get that big city feeling, instead appreciate it for how quaint it is. There are other things to do besides what we did but we were pressed for time and had to leave.

Unfortunately, no, it just helps you to get a discount. But Hungary recently launched a Hungary pass, which is similar to the one released by Germany, and it allows you to travel all over Hungary with it. I will be talking about the Hungary pass at some point this summer on my channel, so be sure to be on the lookout for that video 😀
