1 chicken thighwrap 380 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
MARINADE
1/4 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground cardamon
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt and black pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
5 oz chicken tigh
YOGHURT SAUCE:
2 oz greek yoghurt
1 pinch ground cumin
1 pinch garlic powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
TO SERVE
3 slices small tomato
2 leaves lettuce
1 corn or whole wheattortilla
Combine the marinade ingredients in a large ziplock bag (or bowl).
Add the chicken and use your hands to make sure each piece is coated.
Marinate overnight or up to 24 hours.
Combine the Yoghurt Sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Heat a grill pan on medium high.
Place chicken on the grill and cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes
Slice chicken.
get a tortilla and smear with Yoghurt Sauce. Top with lettuce and tomato and Chicken Roll up and enjoy!

Ingredients
1/4 medium cucumber
1 tbsp low fat mayonaise
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tbsp honey
black pepper
5 oz chicken breast
1 tsp olive oil
2 oz salsa
1/2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 corn or whole wheattortilla
1/2 oz spinach
Mix mayonnaise, cucumber, honey, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
Heat oil in a skillet on medium-high heat, and cook and stir the chicken breast strips until no longer pink , about 8 minutes. Stir in the salsa, honey, and cayenne pepper. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the flavors have blended, about 5 minutes.
Spread thetortilla with mayonnaise-cucumber mixture, top with spinach leaves, and chicken mixture roll up and enjoy!.
3 easy chicken wrap 370 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients
5 oz chicken breast cut into small cubes.
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp tumeric powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala (see garam masala ingredients)
1/4 medium red onion
1 corn or whole wheattortilla
6 slices cucumber
2 leaves lettuce
1/2 tbsp ranch dressing
garam masala ingredients:
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/8 tsp ground coriander
1/8 tsp ground cardamon
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
salt and black pepper
Heat oil in a pan. add chicken with all spice powders and salt.
Once meat is half cooked,add sliced onions.
Cook till fully cooked
Lay the tortilla.
Spread chicken. Add lettuce, onion and cucumber.
Add ranch as you needed.
Roll it tight.
Enjoy

Ingredients
3 oz green red cabbage
1/4 medium carrot
1/2 tbsp cilantro
spray with olive oil
4 oz chicken breast cooked with salt pepper and garlic

1/2 tbsp peanuts chopped
peanut sauce:
1/2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar

1/4 tsp garlic powder
In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut sauce ingredients.
In another bowl, add the cabbage, carrots, cilantro. Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir.
Lay the wrap.
Spread the chicken and cabbage
Roll tightly

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
4 oz chicken breast cooked with salt pepper and garlic

I like chicken (sliced and marinaded in anything of your choice, I like cajun or peri spice) cooked in a pan until cooked, throw in sliced red onions and red bell peppers and near the end throw in some baby spinach until wilted. (I throw in extra of whatever spice I used for the chicken when everything is in before the spinach is put in).
I prefer cooking all the veg ingredients as it releases more nutrients and your get far more vitamins, iron, calcium etc, depending on what you put in.

For the the last wrap a good idea for the carrots and perhaps the cucumber would be to use a vegetable peeler. Eating chopped carrots like that make my teeth nervous. lol
interesting. Tortillas seems a bad idea at first glace (compared with bread it absorbs a lot more fat from the cooking process and it as also way less volume) but it seems you can still makes something of it.

Id advise preparing it the night before (like getting the ingredients mesured and spices on the meat) if you are looking for it for school. It doesnt take as much time as you may think. Make sure youve got the spices and a chicken breast (or 2 depending on how much you eat and your activity levels). The veg after practice doesnt take as long to prepare. The one with the marinade could be quickly fried (give yourself 15 minutes to cook it (it may take less time, but once the pan is hot cook on one side for 3 minutes the flip for aprox 8minutes) if you do not have that time make it fully.have all your veg done the night before as well so all you have to do is asemble your wrap. I hope this helps
