This might be common knowledge but I’ll say it anyways. Hold On, We’re Going Home was originally for the group Majid Jordan and around the time they signed to OVO that song released. So maybe it was some sort or mutually beneficial exchange. That’s why since then Drake hasn’t had a song that’s sounded anywhere near that more experimental R&B sound. Ironically Drake featured on Majid Jordan’s most recent album and that song is pretty good. Maybe Drake should make a collab album with them idk🤷🏿♂️

This album makes CLB look like Illmatic.
Hell to the fuck nah 🤣 if you said NWTS maybe I’d agree
The guys keep saying Myke wanted Drake to do an R&B record when in reality he wanted a R&B record that was GOOD. The problem with this album is that Drake's singing is terrible. No range, super repetitive and the falsetto was flatter than a sheet of paper.
I did not like it at all when I first heard it but I listened to it more throughout the week and I like it. His falsetto on falling back will forever be bad.
Falsetto part on falling back is legit the only part of that song i like. And i fucking love the album. I love falsetto/high pitched shit tho
I hate the album im sorry I just cant its terrible
Yea the second half of the project is definitely stronger. A few of those come close to the passionfruit/Blem/A little bit/let’s call it off territory
U made yourself like it
This was literally my my main issue with this album. Falling back may be the worst drake song ever.Along with the fact that he chopped and screwed what could have been one of the best songs on the album w/ liability. Other than that this project wasn’t that bad
You can’t argue with someone who brings up album sells. Their views are already jaded
Drake has dance hall music on multiple albums. Like Myke said, it's just half-assed.
