What’s up bro, here’s a dietary tip. I recently went on a 23 hour fast every day (NOT including weekends) for roughly a month. I was usually hovering in the 230s, after the month of fasting, I was 197. During the one hour, eat lean protein like chicken, tuna, salmon, occasionally some red meat or pork. Fruits too. Hope this helps
No high fructose corn syrup. No sugar.
