The disability of AK and Adin to even entertain the idea of an open, intelligent discussion is too cringy to watch. If these 2 guys READ HISTORY they'd know what Sneako was trying to talk about. Was Hitler bad? Sure, but he was also a human and this is critical to understand why he did what he did. 1920's Berlin was one of the wokest cities with openly being gay and even trans and this is one of the main reasons that drove Hitler to run in politics in Berlin and thus taking over the entire nation with his Nazi party. And THAT is how he won the people over, by weaponising opposing all these values that in his eyes made Germany weaker as a nation. Yet Adin gets so emotional when Sneako even tries to talk about this even tho he is entertaining these same ideas about meming them. And AK screaming "black and white" while literally putting all the white people in the same basket. Bitch at the peak of american slavery almost 80% of the slaves were owned by jewish families and yet white people get blamed for it as a whole. This is what Sneako tried to tell them, that even Hitler wasnt that black and white if you acually take the time to read and understand history and see how these same issues are present today.

Actually Hitler was pissed on the state of the country regardless after WW1 it was not as simple as some "woke" term. Even applying a 21st century definition to something over a 100 years ago shows the lack of critical thinking.

It’s not really a good question if you understand history. There are tons of books and essays about this very topic. The reason why we generally consider Hitler to be the most evil person ever even though Stalin and Mao killed more people is because of WW2 politics. Hitler and the nazi regime were the big bad guy of the allied powers, therefore, the attention we placed on his actions during this time was way more detailed than the attention we placed on Stalin, who was an imperative ally for us during WW2. The US and the west in general during WW2 completely overlooked what Stalin was doing during WW2 because they needed to preserve Soviet allyship while ramping up war efforts to get people to want to go to war with Hitler. Most, if not all of this, has to do with WW2 politics not “JM” or whatever bullshit.

Ak has the capacity to understand, but he’s too hell bent on opposing Sneako’s points, which I think highlights that he is apart of the narrative. Granted, this is just my opinion based off what I took from this conversation. I do understand where both Adin and Ak were coming from when speaking about peoples emotions and perspectives, but even after they both realized the hypocrisy of what they were arguing (perspectives) they continued to denounce Sneako’s very valid points.

This is why a physcopath can kill someone and think they were in the right. Is trauma watching a close friend or family member die in front of you there was a point in human history when that happened fairly often, you think it was more normalized then and not as traumatic? I think SNEAK0s point is that putting walls (biases) up block you out from having conversations that may or may not be fruitful and bear some sort knowledge or perspective that you can use in your life. For instance what if we did talk about Hitler more and we figured out what made him tick and how to identify such things so we can try and avoid it happening again, you know the whole purpose of history. But SNEAK0 as I have to agree with ak did very poor job stringing his argument together, but I partially feel like that was for content/interaction.

I disagree, I think AK did a good job of expressing the nuances that come from arguing in a “fact-based” manner that Sneako was debating from. Showing how Sneako is contradicting himself by wanting to spread love, while at the same time ignoring the emotional aspect of a discussion about subjects like the Holocaust or slavery, where people will have emotional reactions because we are human and know people who endured those hardships. I think he was trying to make Sneako view his argument through a more holistic approach, and not purely a fact based one.

We must take the risk of being misinterpreted or people getting emotional with the topic if we are pursuing truth and free speech. As Jordan Peterson said "In order to be able to think, you have to risk being offensive". It's not that you don't care about the people emotionally attached to the conversation. The point is that debating about these issues that were sold our entire lives as certainties should be discussed to prevent alienation and manipulation. Since the beginning of humanity if we only cared about emotions we would never evolve to current situation that we live in.

The justification matters because if you don't understand it, you'll probably end up making the same mistake, just with a different ideology.

Death numbers under Stalin and Mao come from famines, poverty, and poor government planning. They are not even comparable. H*tler is easily the most evil world leader.
