- The Beelink GTR7 is an impressive turnkey mini PC (aka small form factor SFF PC or Intel NUC competitor) with an AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS or Ryzen 9 7940HS in the Pro model. It has a compact metal casing, is available in 4 colors, and comes with 32GB DDR5 RAM, a 1TB NVMe SSD and Windows 11 Pro for $859 or less. It’s fast and can even play some AAA games at 1080p..

exactly the PC i was looking to buy. surprised to see this channel cover it. but happy.
Super cool! Love these small form factor computers 😍
Great review as always. And I love your shirt. ;-)
I've had a couple of NUCs in the past and liked the form factor, but there was no way they could run games. This Ryzen model looks intriguing.
Thanks for the review just got one for my step daughter for gaming Baulder gate 3
I love this tech channel! Voice and Diction is so clear I can easily understand even if English is not my 1st language. Contents are informative, fast and precise in short very little bloat. More success to the channel! As for the product I believe there are products with the same form factor that have dedicated gpu's which are much better choice. Also for the price the competitors offer much much more for example that OneXPlayer2, GPD Win 2Max/Mini and or Khadas Mind... Competition is getting fierce on the SFF/NUC PC segment...
This thing looks really nice. The problem with these is you have to deal with iGPUs. Intel has been using the same Xe for 4 generations and by this point it is slow. I am glad AMD has been upgrading their iGPUs at a much faster pace.
Good day to you Lisa!
I really need one of these. 😎😎🔥🔥
I love the t-shirt !
Hi, when was this purchased? I saw somewhere that the new one are supposed to have an exhaust underneath as well. Just want to gauge if that version is actually available. Thanks.
Cheers. All their stuff SER5/6/7 seems to be sold out on Amazon. Edit/ correction: they won't ship to HK, that's why it comes up 'unavailable'.
I wonder if there is a small form factor option for video/animation/rendering that does have dedicated gfx. 🤔
Another great review and Tshirt
Want one
Can you please compare vs monisforum um790pro
Would this do fine for hobbyist blender?
Just bought it from Amazon with that free coupon.
Can I get a link for the killer T Shirt? Such a nerdy pun I have to have one..
I had to send mine back. It would randomly reboot. It was built well, but it’s hard to enjoy it when it was constantly rebooting. And I’m talking about 2 times within an hour depending on what you were doing. Online a few others were having the issue as well.
Hello, wasn't it fixed already? I've spoke Beelink at their FB page today and they've claimed that problems with software were already fixed. I'm asking, because i consider purchasing one unit for me. They also release new version with upgraded chasis - now the airflow and temperatures are better. Do You have any information about solution of these issues?
@@karolstochniaek4919 I do not. I just went with something else because I didn’t have time to keep messing with it.
I did check the event logs and saw nothing to suggest it was temperature related. I was able to transfer about 10TB worth of data from one hard drive to the other which took almost 2 days and it was fine. The moment I tried to go on UA-cam or just surf the web mine would randomly reboot. It was too weird and too random. Supposedly there were drivers that one user was able to get from them but they were still having issues after installing. This was all in June/July of this year. I can’t say what has happened since. Maybe someone figured it out by now. I do recall the new bottom plate they were offering m, but by then I was fed up. I can say that it was built well and suited my needs for something that was capable of doing emulation and small enough for my bedroom.
i fixed already by removing 1 slot of ram
@@Rhodnie by now there should’ve been a lot of updates. Mine was a preorder not ready for prime time.
Can you play Skyrim or Fallout New Vegas on this?
Is to good for Linux?
Does this allow plugging in an external GPU?
Yes using thunderbolt.
Beelink is the best! I have one and its the best thing i got all year
Would have been great if it had USB-C PD power.
It's working usb c PD 140watts working
It cant run llm locally
I really like the idea of a small form PC like this but I know I'm going to eventually want to play Baldur's Gate 3 and even Starfield so something like this would not be ideal. I'd like it for general productivity and even lower end gaming but I can't see buying 2 computers. Or buying this knowing I'm going to have to get something else sooner rather than later.
Beelink is the best mini oc brand in my opinion I have to mini beelink pc's.
Second,
The prices of mini pc have become ridiculous. At this price, you can get a real pc with much higher specifications.
Or just mini atx build and that could not take much space
With 65watt power consumption?
Keep trying-but nothing comes close to the M2-and will be surpassed by the M3!
