Brian & Fred were a perfect combo. You comprised his rock riffs well. They did so many other intricate styles of music though. For which Brian, fit his sound to. Take the Flash Gordon Sound Track, alone. The whole band was extraordinary. It depends on what you seek to highlight. For sheer breath of musical styles / rich intricate sounds & exploration. For me, that's Queen.

The guy doing Brian May’s songs are playing them too slow and the wrong way, with the wrong guitar too. Queen should always be played on the Red Special. Also the guy didn’t pick the *good* Queen songs to do this with. What about the minute long guitar solo from Brighton Rock? Or literally anything off Sheer Heart Attack. (And when he made his guitar sound like a CAT for Delilah)
I like how didn't realise they're the same guy.
TRUE
Taking it too seriously?
Agree with Queen song selection, tho...
Stitch Grimly I’m aware they’re he’s the same person, I’m not stupid
Btw , the Zeppelin rules the rock (in my opinion)
Good show, both and their respective bands are absolutely amazing.
For a next one, may I suggest a battle featuring Tom Morello.
Thanks a lot! I will do Tom Morello, but first I need to buy a whammy pedal!
Regards from Portugal! 👍😉🤘
@@miguelsequeiraguitar Very cool, thanks for your reply! Keep on rocking!
Comparing apples to oranges...both are awesome in their own right & each have their own strengths & weaknesses. I appreciate the individuals for who they are.
Solos for Brian
Riffs for Jimmy
Brian May doesn't get the respect he deserves. He's severely underrated. Some of his best work lies in the lesser known Queen songs
Queen and Led Zeppelin both are great but Queen are Led Zeppelin fan.
Freddie like Robert
Brian May like Jimmy Page
John Deacon like JPJ
Roger Taylor like John Bonham.
Brian and Freddie are definitely god tier.
But Roger and Deacon are not better than Bonzo and Jpj in any way
@@pinkled4429 I love brian but brian is not god tier
Freddie is better than Robert
And Roger was also valuable for his vocals
Very g👀d 👑Queen
Thanks a lot Dana!

Jimmy page is the best .
Son and Daughter, Great King Rat, Modern Times Rock ’n’ Roll o Jesus, Father to Son, Ogre Battle, The March Of The Black Queen o See What A Fool I've Been de la BBC(una cancion que dicen se asemeja mucho a Led Zeppelin), Stone Cold Crazy (la primer cancion de spead metal), Brighton Rock, Flick of The Wrist o Now I'm Here, The Prophets Song, Sheer Heart Attack, It's Late (una de las primeras canciones donde se uso el tapping), I Want It All, basicamente casi todo el disco de Innuendo y solo menciono algunas.
No menosprecio a Led Zeppelin (es de mis bandas favoritas) pero decir que Queen solo fue pop es algo incorrecto
Two guitar legends lml.
Rock On!!!
Rock on... 👍😉🤘
Love them both - first Brian for me tho. Actually both so different and both so good.
👍😉🤘
Brian May the best ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Riffs: Jimmy Page
Lead guitar: Brian May
But both are two guitarists in their own way
👍😉🤘

Have you seen the duck face though

Jimmy is god tier tho. Page forever
Led zeppelin forever
Queen is great but Led Zeppelin is out of this world

Well Brian May is my favorite guitarrist of all time but I think page takes this one
Absolutely fantastic
You did a great job again
Greetings from Austria, my friend

Jimmy page-riffs
Brain may-solos
That was nice!!! Would love to hear the full rendition of the Bohemian Rhapsody.

I don't know, may and page is god's!

@@miguelsequeiraguitar Miguel my fungal
Nah just Jimmy and Jimi
Brian & Fred were a perfect combo. You comprised his rock riffs well. They did so many other intricate styles of music though. For which Brian, fit his sound to. Take the Flash Gordon Sound Track, alone. The whole band was extraordinary. It depends on what you seek to highlight. For sheer breath of musical styles / rich intricate sounds & exploration. For me, that's Queen.
Led Zeppelin are the greatest super band of all time.
It's four members,
All at par with eachother,
Who rode the lightning and ruled the world.
Before Zeppelin, rock was all lame hippie music.
Superb wake up video on Saturday´s morning, obrigado ! And cheers from Prague, keep on rockin´!
Thanks a lot!

Everyone is saying that it isn’t fair comparing Brain to Jimmy but it’s not true!
Do a Kim thayil vs Jerry Cantrell
And Dave Mustaine vs Dimebag Darell
Strangely, I thought you played the Zep material better than the Queen one. So today’s battle goes to Jimmy. Would be nice to see Blackmore vs Iommy and Rage vs Primal Fear. Muito obrigado!
because its easier
I picked up on that as well. Wasn't that accurate with the may stuff, felt as if he hadn't taken the time to learn it properly. Either way, both are greats in my eyes. I got into queen 1st, but came to love them both later.
Jimmy is God....
But Brian' solo are special.
Mattia Faraoni...and Jimmy's solos aren't?! 🙄
Great video again Miguel. And the drummer who is supporting you is also awesome. You rock dude. Keep it coming!!
Thank you very much!
The drums are programmed by me.

Brian May is great but Jimmy is on a whole different level
Right...a level below.
Brian was cleaner, and more original...by miles.
@@RyanMonty Meh. You are entitled to your opinion. I like May's stuff, but prefer jimmy's style. May played a bit cleaner, i will agree. Jimmy tended to push his limits more than May. lets agree to disagree.
@@Choctawhatchee_Trash that's all you can do. Music and guitar playing is super subjective!
Ryan Monty I just can’t agree that May was more original, and surely if you’ve listened to Led Zeppelin’s full catalogue you must see the page is original and incredibly versatile, definitely more versatile than May.
@@spartanhoplite3753 nope.
06:12 Aquele solo que começa arrepiando a espinha.
(Finalmente resolveu fazer uma homenagem a melhor música do Led Zeppelin e do mundo, né?!)

By overall guitar sound. I prefer brian it's just super unique imo. By technical levels I'd say page for sure. Popularity well I'd say it's a tie. but back in their most highest moments it would be page. Overall they are both amazing guitarists and you cant put a # on greatest guitarists so tie 🤙🤙🤙
Although my favorite guitar solo of all time is bohemian rhapsody. Hell my favorite song ever is bo rhap.
Page had the shittiest technique. Sloppy as hell
This is a really hard choice, but Jimmy Page is the best!
i feel like this was an unfair battle because only Brian’s most famous riffs were played, and were played incorrectly sometimes. Some of Brian’s riffs are super badass, like dragon attack, was it all worth it or keep yourself alive.
Regardless Page dominates in every possible facet of guitar player, riff master, rock star, song writer. Yes
Every one of these videos, I tell myself, “hey, the opposition to Page is pretty good,” then Page throws Kashmir in their face. It’s over after that
The winner is
Brimmy Mage❤❤
👍😜
A nice rpg character name lol

Jimmy Page hands down
I think Brian May
@@drpepper684 why Jimmy Page is the King of Riffs
@@hejsjsjjjsjsjjs4968 it's Tony
@@hejsjsjjjsjsjjs4968
Matter of opinion. Yours calling him the King of Riffs doesn't really mean anything to those who think differently.
Both are awesome guitar players, but I must say that I think many people say Page is better because Zeppelin came out before Queen, but let’s be honest, Brian’s solos are more melodical and a bit more complex than Jimmy’s but Jimmy’s riffs have more power and energy. So in conclusion (at least for me) both have great riffs and great solos but I prefer Brian for solos and Jimmy for riffs.
👍😉
No contest. Jimmy Page is the Lord of the Riffs
Another great video, Miguel!
Thank you very much my friend!

You can't compare them, they are both so good at different things, yet in a way they are so similar! It would just be rude and disrespectful to compare them 😂
Bom demais, Miguel, como sempre! Muito rock 'n' roll! Abraço 🤘👏

Grande Abraço! 👍😉
U need to check out more of Queen's first album . It contains more of their heavier riffs and solo . Personally the solo from Father to Son and Ogre battle were world class .
The first 3 queen albums are amazing but after that it just got worse and worse
