Chinese Sweet Plum Gets a cut back to a stick. Developing a Bonsai takes time.

Working on a Chinese Sweet plum, also known as a Sageretia.
I do a hard prune taking it back to pretty much a stick in a pot, this will help push more growth closer to the centre of the tree.
I do this knowing the tree is healthy enough to recover from the work.

Good video, some trees just don't want their branches bend. And how are the branches on the inside of the albow, more often than not. Work with what you got is a good mindset 😊
